The room was very nice. The staff was very friendly. Will recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

Well for starters, there’s false advertising regarding the shuttle, apparently on your website it says “complementary” from the airport but only from the DFW not the Loveland airport, then 20.00 to take me to the AT&T stadium? I mean that’s 6 Bucks on Lyft! Then I come back from a long day and find my room was left open by the cleaning crew? No stuff was missing though but that’s crazy. Lastly, no breakfast on your room though it says “complementary breakfast”? I do not recommend this hotel, plus, you guys even admitted the shuttle services, saying that the website is wrong? Then fix it!!

Not satisfied with this stay and would like a refund. The room provided might as well have been under construction. Cracks in the floor, not a clean room, door would not shut without you have to to push or pull it closed and double check. Bathroom doorknob was barely holding on.

It’s a nice place to stay but it was a couple arguing all night and morning. I couldn’t sleep at all. Kids running up and down the hall late night. Everything else was perfect

Grout was missing on the bathroom tile. Electrical wires exposed under the air conditioner. Maid started cleaning before 9am in the room next to us and made a lot of loud banging noise.

Everything was great except the cleaning room did not clean our room. We left the hotel around 9am and returned at 2:30; the cleaning crew was on our floor but had skipped over our room. We had to go to the front desk for fresh towels

We had a 2 day stay and were miserable for the 2 days. The room next door was so loud and noisy that we couldn’t sleep. Children were running through the room all hours of the night with parents yelling at them. We reported it to the front desk and they promised to address it. They did not! No phone call or visit to their room. We will not stay here again. They do not take care of their customers.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, I noted mold on the shower ceiling, the TV did not work, and the bathroom tiles were coming up from the floor. The hotel is just in need of maintenance and repair.

The staff was very kind, but there was no information provided about the services available or limited dining hours, etc. The shuttle runs late and wasn't available to take us to the airport. The maids neglected to clean our room the day before we left.

Hassle free, quick check-in and the staff were friendly. Room and hotel were very clean and fresh smelling. A big plus-fast elevators.

The property was probably very nice at one time. However, it is now very dated. The restaurant had barely any food available and was awful. It was a convenient location but I would not stay here again.

Love the look of the lobby and the accommodations! I think it’s the first hotel that has Dove products and I love it! Check-in was easy and the young gentleman who checked us in was professional and friendly! Great stay!

Very clean, friendly staff. Restaurant and bar were very good and accommodating. Easy access.
