Vatia Villas

What an amazing villa owned by Vaso, her husband and son. Vaso looked after us and would check in some mornings to see if we are ok. We could also text her if we had any questions. I went with my mum, dad and two sisters (we left the husbands and kids at home) and we had such a relaxing time. There was air conditioning throughout the villa, WiFi and English TV channels. The decor is top quality and I will never forget the lovely fluffy towels. When we arrived we had milk, cheese, bread, biscuits, filters for the coffee machine and various other bits that I can’t remember. The villa is in a quiet area and would need a car but our mum wouldn’t let us ( we range from 47-53 years old) as she said she would worry. That didn’t matter as we had a luxurious mini bus taxi service that took us where we wanted to go at a reasonable price. I just sent them a text and they arrived within 15 minutes. We didn’t do much as this was quality family time together. We loved sitting out by the pool and jumping in when we got hot - it was boiling. The pool was cleaned by husband and son every evening. My mum was a bit worried about the steps in the villa. She had the downstairs bedroom but there were 3 steps down into the lounge. This is not a disappointment but would be tricky for anyone with mobility problems. I will definitely recommend this villa if you wanted to really spoil yourself. Well done Vaso you deserve the credit.

We stayed in Villa 3 which is new for 2022. It is 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Villa finished to a very high standard, with walk-in showers. The large open plan kitchen leads into the sitting room area and there are three large patio doors that lead to a very good sized pool. Each bedroom has a smart TV with streaming services including Apple, Netflix and Prime. Outdoors there are 8 quality sun beds with 4 tables and parasols which face the sun all day. There is an outdoor shower and several areas to sit in the shade if you need a break from the sun. If that wasn’t enough, there is a BBQ area fully equipped with wood, coals and a fridge seating for 8 people and an outdoor smart TV for those perfect evenings. Tsivili is 2 kilometres from the Villa with lots of restaurants and activities. The hosts are truly wonderful and very hospitable people who band over backwards to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, nothing is too much trouble. This has easy become our favourite place to stay and is truly a home away from home! Credit to Spyros, Vaso and Harry for creating a gem of a holiday Villa, we will certainly be coming back.

We had a fantastic stay!! We stayed in Villa 3. The Villa is fully equipped and very modern!!The pool was very nice!! The host Vaso was very friendly and very helpful!!Anything we needed in the island Vaso was there for us!! Highly recommended!! Definitely we will be back!!

stayed at villa 2, sea view, lovely clean villa, super location 5 minutes from shops and the beach, central enough to get to see the whole island. Really friendly owners and a lively cleaner who came in every day. There were five of us , one double bed, two singles, and a sofa. Beautiful garden and pool and with a new seating / BBQ area this year. Had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to return. Booked direct through the villa website which was very easy.

I stayed here with friends recently and we enjoyed our stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of amenities at the villa to be able to cook and wash your clothes. There was also a garage where we was able to park our quad bikes. I would stay here again.

Wat een schitterende luxe villa (nummer 3) en een aardige en professionele eigenares/hostess! We hebben genoten van een zorgeloze vakantie. Het zwembad was heerlijk, alles in de villa was nieuw en mooi schoon. En we werden super vriendelijk en snel geholpen voor al onze vragen, vervoer en tickets. Echt geweldig!
