One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! From Mahmud pickinng us up from the car in the golf cart, to being warmly welcomed by everyone, AMAZING breakfast with Ruth and the house cat Nhonhos, prestine pool and lounge areas! Cecile also warmly welcomed us to our room, which was so perfect we did not want to leave; very spacious and beuatiful private pool with a view. The pool side bar also served one of the best drinks we ever had. We only spent 2 nights there, but we are already looking forward to comming back next year!

From the moment you arrive, you immediately feel like a VIP. The location is fabulous. The staff are amazing. We upgraded to a swim up suite. Worth it. Yes, the water is cold- but it's lovely to dip in and chill. Excellent food and drink. Thank you for making our anniversary so special. The walk down into Tsvili is not too bad. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. We ventured out daily. The walk back is a good workout.

Such a beautiful hotel, was everything and more that we wanted for our 10 day relaxing holiday. The hotel is very clean, peaceful and relaxing. The staff exceptional I really can’t stress that enough. We had only breakfast at the hotel and have to say it was beautiful, lots to choose from and very tasty. The pool bar has pretty much everything you want, and if there’s a cocktail you’d like that’s not on the menu they’re only more than happy to make it for you. Will definitely be back again.

We stayed in July 2023 and thought I had already done a review sorry!! We had the best time here and the staff were fantastic and always very sad to leave . I seem to have lost all of the names I wanted to mention but all staff were fantastic. We had a small issue to start with but was soon sorted out and we were enjoying ourselves that much we extended another week which was a much needed break.

I don’t know where to even start but from the moment we step out of our transfer taxi to the moment we step back in to the transfer taxi it was A CLASS service. The staff at this hotel are so friendly kind and thoughtful. Nothing was too much of an ask. We had come to zante for my birthday and the ladies on front desk/bar/restaurant had sang to me a breakfast with a cake and also ensure a complimentary bottle of sparking wine and another cake was delivered to my room. Honestly can’t want to come back again Beautiful hotel with Beautiful staff Thank you

Visited 2 years back with my husband but wanted to take my girlfriend. We’ve visited Tsivili before so knew what to expect. Exceptional as always. Service, food, ambience was second to none. Great to see some of the same staff from our previous visit, always a good sign that the hotel treats the staff well they want to stay. Beautiful suite (had our own pool) but the communal pool area and bar is really lovely and peaceful. We made use of the buggy service to and from the Main Street when we fancied a drink or wander in the little town. A welcome bonus as the hill up to the hotel (and up to our room) is quite steep. Food is excellent, fresh buffet in the morning with an a la Carte choice for hot food which is always good when you know it’s cooked fresh to order. The lady on the cold buffet was friendly and helpful and always smiling!! The staff work exceptionally hard! Always there to tend to your every without being overbearing We will return hopefully next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
