Alexandros Palace

Hotel un peu excentré et éloigné de la mer. Très grand complexe. La c était très agréable car il y avait peu de monde. Le personnel est très disponible et agréable. Les buffets ont une offre importantes pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner mais c est surtout de la cuisine internationale et c est pas très bon. Vraiment le point négatif ce sont les lits qui sont très durs et inconfortables. Vraiment pas un 5 étoiles . Un très bon 3 étoiles c'est tout.

This is a fraud. It says that the hotel has 5 stars, but that hotel is not even for 3 stars. The hotel is terribly neglected, and if you look closely, it's not even a hotel, but a settlement in the hill. ROOMS: The rooms need renovation. In the semi-luxury apartment, the air conditioner is leaking, the telephone is not working, the door is creaking, the door is worn out... FOOD: The food is better in the student canteen. For example, the fish is DEFROSTED and tastes terrible... For the price they offer (and it's not cheap, 4000 euros half board for 14 nights), the food should be much better. STAFF: Very capable and professional. MANAGEMENT: I have never seen greater amateurism. For every 100 beds, they have one man who works and serves. Nobody comes for you, you come for the waiter. The same applies to an Albanian who works as a technician for 800 buildings, buggies and all other jobs. BEACH: The sand is too dirty, the sunbeds are falling apart, the fast food is overpriced. The hotel does not issue a fiscal invoice.

Very comfortable and smooth staying. We loved relaxing at the pools and swimming at the beach, the food was excellent with lots of choices for vegans as well. Already missing the holidays at Alexandros. I would certainly suggest it for vacation.

Our room had one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. The personnel were very friendly and helpful with our trip in Nea Roda. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very rich, tasty and a big variety of dishes. Best Greek experience someone can have, I will suggest to all my family and friends.

Unfortunately, the hotel has nothing to do with a 5 star hotel. Our room was in such a big need of renovation (814). On the positive side of things, it was very close to a newly opened mini water park for the kids that they really enjoyed. The beach is not so close from the room and it is not so good. The food was bellow average and occasionally the plates and forks were dirty. I would not recommend it, it is not good value for money.

Definitely one of the worst experiences ever ! Have been travelling to 5 star hotels/resorts since ever. This hotel has nothing to do with a 5 star establishment and experience. Positive points : the room was amazing with an exceptional view The personnel is super polite The cleaning ladies very efficient Negative points: the hotel is built on a hill there is no courtesy buggy! No help with the luggage or whatsoever! Climbing the hill with all the luggage and the children can be extremely difficult. Neglected commun areas, Broken fences, devastated tennis and basketball courts, dirty beach and sunbeds but the most important thing is the food! Honestly, I have never eaten food of such a poor quality in my life! No variety at all quantities of food without any taste or even bad taste, the disaster though are the sweets! warm fruits without any taste old salads. The dinning room is dirty the floors are sticky, dirty forks and knives. There should be an a la Carte restaurant next to the pool that hasn't opened since last year! We stayed there 10 nights and decided to eat in local restaurants for dinner 6 times. The beach towels are upon payment 10 euros each! The entertainment is really poor. Only 3 nights per week there is live music in the main lobby the other nights there are normally,not always, like a sort of events in the pool bar area like bingo guess the music games etc. But this place is so noisy that you cannot resist more than 30 minutes that was our record!I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if you are looking for a 5 star experience this is not the right place to go!

We are very satisfied with the hotel. The beach is clean, tidy, the staff is fantastic. We will long remember the hostess who greeted us every evening before dinner with a beautiful smile, which made our vacation and impression of the hotel even better. The food was diverse and you can find a suitable meal for everyone's taste. We will back fir sure next year.

My issue with this hotel is simple. We booked a Familiy Suite with Ocean View, which is one of the more expensive rooms. We were supposed to get AC & Wifi in all spaces. The AC did not work at all the first night. They "fixed" the AC for the remaining nights but it was some kind of centralized AC system and it was weak and did not work well at all during the night time. We woke up every night sweating unable to get quality sleep. The same issue was in the restaurant where we ate breakfast and dinner. You were soaking wet every night and the restaurant manager would dismiss any attempts on turning up/on the AC and blamed it on the warm weather outside. We did not have any wifi signal either, so we had to spend 40 euros on private subscription packages to cover for that. I tried to contact the hotel manager to get a partial refund for my inconvenience but he is in hiding. I'm still waiting for his call. There are other things that disturbed me as well, like not having any options for lunch at the hotel, you needed to go to the beach if you wanted to eat. The hotel has a fast food restaurant there, you have no other options. Good beach/ocean and pool areas to say something positive.

The all complex is very good and proposing very nice experience. The all atmosphere is peaceful and you can relax. There are some small details which need to be changed, in order to provide better service to the guests: In the main restaurant where all people are having breakfast/ lunch and dinner there is no music. People are coming all over Europe to have vancantion in Greece for the culture, and it will be very nice to hear quiete Greeck music while having their meals. One thing , which was not very nice it was that the daily cleaning of the rooms was made also betwee 14 and 16 o clock, this time most of the guests are having nap in the rooms, there are a loth of people with childer and it was not plesent to hear mooving of furniture for cleaning between this time. If the cleaning can stop between these hours the guests will be more plesent. Also on the peach there where not enought umbrella`s for everyone. There are a loth of family`s with children coming and they have taken more then 1 umbrella for the family which is normal, but like this there was no space for everyone. There was a loth of empty space to whcih could be added additional umbrella`s for everyone can have a shadow during the day.
