We spent a week in this hotel with my 3-year-old daughter and my mom. I would like to highlight two things that impressed us the most: the beach, which is beautiful, clean, and intimate, and the service. I especially want to thank the people who served us: Hostes Eirini, Lorenco, Christos, Stefanos, Georgios Vlachopoulos, Dimitris, and Efremidis. You are great and create the atmosphere of this place. I definitely recommend it!

Our holiday at Avaton in July 2024 was an extraordinary experience for us. The friendliness and kindness of your staff at every moment of our holiday was extremely impressive. Your facility, which has a striking appearance in terms of design, was also extremely successful in terms of hygiene. However, I would especially like to congratulate your chefs in your kitchen. In addition to the successful presentation of your incredibly delicious dishes, the friendly approach of the servers was amazing. The pleasure of tasting different flavors from the menu every evening is indescribable. Especially that dessert menu! In short, I would like to thank you and all your colleagues wholeheartedly for the wonderful holiday you gave us. We had a holiday experience that we would strongly recommend to our friends. We really want to be together again. see you later.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach the destination due to access issues beyond my control. Despite this, the hotel refused to be understanding and withheld the entire deposit, even though I proposed that they keep only 30% of it. To make matters worse, they made €500 from me just two hours after booking. I find this behavior to be unprofessional and lacking in empathy towards customers. I do not recommend this hotel due to their rigid policies and lack of flexibility in unforeseen circumstances.

The property is very well maintained. Beach is perfect and good organised, sea is clear, clean and very good for swimming. The remote location obtain peaceful surrounding. The rooms are not actually five stars, but they are nice, specious and with big terrace. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Food for lunch/dinner was always on high level, breakfast is tasty but they must make small daily changes, and also to offer smoked fish (or other kind). Location is right on the beach, but most of the rooms are far away, and to reach them you have to climb (in our case it was 400 steps from the sea). The uphill is very sharp. Yes they are obtaining club cars, and the service is efficient, but it was quite surprise for us, especially because we emphasised (two times) that we want room near the sea. Dinning area is connected with a lot of stairs (30-40), and for older people it was difficult to have breakfast from the open buffet. It will be fair to explain and inform that in the website. This kind of honesty will even upgrade such wonderful place. But the most important part of this place are wonderful people. THEY ARE MAKING PARADISE FROM THIS LOCATION. All of them are so kind and helpful, especially in dinning area and in the beach, but also in the reception, cleaning stuff, drivers. All of them! I sincerely hope that management rewards them properly. We are visiting Greece regularly, more than 30 years, but we never got such hospitality. I will make maybe the mistake, but I must thank specially to Georgios, Andonis, Stefanos, Lorenzo and Michail (beach), because we bothered them a lot, but they always replied with smile, and to a lady breakfast supervisor Holly Mother Mary.

The room was spacious, well-furnished, and extremely clean. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, always smiling, and provided a first class experience. The restaurant was on another level and definitely deserved its place in the Michelin guide. The food options that are included in the half board are rather limited and it can get a bit repetitive if you visit the place for more than 3 days. It would be much better to rotate the dinner menu every 2-3 days or at least rotate the included dishes.

Well, where to start.. I wanted a relaxing week away with my daughter and booked a lovely room with private pool. When we arrived we had been upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom, 3 storey suite. The suites are beautiful, spacious and pristine. The whole hotel is beautiful, different to what I'm used to, but I loved it! The food was utterly delicious and we ate something different every night and every plate was beautifully presented. The staff and especially Penny the Maitre D were amazing! Always greeted you at every meal with a chat and a smile, the staff were truly a credit to the hotel. The beach was lovely, soft sand, gently sloping into the crystal clear sea. Waiter service on the beach (all drinks served in crystal glasses). Beach menu was lovely and the food delicious. If you need to relax, eat delicious food and be well looked after then this is the place to go.

Excellent service and support. Very nice rooms. Would have liked to have more activities on the beach though. Top food. Overall place a little isolated. But would come back to enjoy the rest. Easy connections by taxi or rent a car at the hôtel. Excellent place to stay!
