I have recently come back from staying a week at this hotel. Absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly. The service was great. We had booked large room to deliver training and they always went above and beyond during my stay. The WiFi was great during the day, but then could be intermittent in the evening but was nothing to worry about as the pool side was busy and there was a great atmosphere. The staff speak little English, but always tried to help where ever they could and would always greet me when in passing. The food, well what can I say? It was amazing! The breakfast, lunch and evening meals were absolutely amazing and don't understand why some people have said it needs improving. Rooms are always made and the hotel was clean. The pool was crystal clear and would always be cleaned every morning when I would go out on my balcony for a smoke. My room size was great and the bathroom was emaculate. Although the poolside does get bust at night, the noise was tolerable and did not go on for longer than necessary. The conference room that we had book did get a little warm even though the AC was on max, but that added to the experience. We always have fresh water bottles in the conference room in the morning and replenished in the afternoon. They reception staff were always friendly & help me on my check out when I could not locate my wallet (my fault as forgot where I had placed it). After such a great week, I was reluctant to come back to England. This overall was a great first visit to Tunisia and my overall experience of the country was enhanced by the lovely hotel staff and amazing food. If I had to give a CON it would be that the larger fish needed to be in a bigger tank. Thank you for a great experience and I wish you all the best. Positive: Rooms are big with balcony. Well for smoker. It's one of two hotels in tunisa we found, where you can get a beer or vine for dinner. In all other hotels you don't get any alcohol. They have a very nice bar where you can drink a beer to the dinner. Many locals visitor came to the bar because it's one of the rare places in Tunis where you can have alcohol for the dinner. Negative: Internet works badly. Many times not at all. WiFi available but no connection to the internet. Shower: The shower bends down and the water only hits the wall. Breakfast: Poor instant coffee. Buffet but doesn't look appetizing at all. The question at breakfast whether the baguettes from yesterday were answered with yes.

La discothèque nous a fait passer une nuit blanche. Nous étions au 4e étage et c’était comme si on était sur le plancher de danse. Le personnel a été d’aucune aide nous disant qu’ils demandent de baisser le niveau du son alors que ce n’était pas le cas du tout, allant jusqu’à nous dire que tout s’arrêterait à 1h du matin alors qu’il est 1h40 et la musique est encore à un niveau vraiment pas acceptable. On nous a tout simplement envoyé paître.

Nous avons résidé à cet hôtel du 7 au 15 juillet 2022. La nourriture était excellente. Le service était digne d'un 5 étoiles. Le personnel était très sympathique. Lorsque nous avons mentionné au serveur que nous aimions beaucoup le tajine, nous avons eu droit à ce délicieux plat cuisiné juste pour nous et ce même s'il n'était pas au menu. L'hôtel très tranquille très propre, belle piscine. Beaucoup de resto et de café a 5 minutes de marche. Le seul inconvénient est sa localisation loin des principaux attraits touristiques. Par contre les tarifs d'une course en taxi son dérisoire et il y en a partout.

Internet funktioniert schlecht. Meist gar nicht. WLAN vorhanden, aber keine Verbindung zum Internet. Dusche: Brause knickt nach unten und Wasser gelangt nur an die Wand. Zum Frühstück gibt es schlechten Pulver Kaffee. Die Frage beim Frühstück, ob die Baguettes von gestern sind wurde mit ja beantwortet.
