A stay beyond perfection, the club's upkeep is impeccable, everything is clean, maintained with respect for Sardinian tradition, the organization of meals, the maintenance of the rooms and common areas are incredibly professional and in keeping with the rhythm of vacation life. The renovated rooms are magnificent, neat and made with quality materials. Once you enter the club, you won't want to leave because everything is so perfect. The level of requirement is beyond that of many French 5-star hotels and everything is geared towards the satisfaction of the whole family. Balanced meals, but also typical and well-cooked delicacies, a brand new gym, each space is air-conditioned and pleasant. And what can we say about the entertainment team led with perfection by Roberto, by far the best entertainment manager we have experienced at the club, his energy and professionalism are impressive. Of course, the entertainment team remains unforgettable. Francesco's energy and kindness are infectious to all the children, but also to the parents. Lukas, who knows how to supervise teenagers with perfection. Georgia, who also takes care of the aqua gym with unfailing energy and a smile. And of course Giacomo, Marco, Christelle, Maria and all the others of course. The best entertainment team we have seen in the 20 years we have been traveling. The beach team is also more than perfect and always attentive to your needs with a smile and kindness, pure happiness. You can book with confidence, your stay will be a paradise.

Perfect holiday resort ! Located right on a beautiful sandy beach. Lots of activities and entertainment for kids, teens and adults organized by the Animation Team lead by Roberto. Great facilities for many kinds of sports and other activities for all ages. We would like to add a special thanks to Georgia, Barbora, Marco & Giacomo from the Animation Team for helping make our holiday very pleaseant and fun with their fantastic and friendly attitude.

Overall, a good hotel with friendly and polite staff. Breakfast was included in our stay, and otherwise, we ate at the beach restaurant – both served excellent food. You can order coffee at breakfast without extra cost, big plus! The wine at the beachresturant was local, tasty and was relatively inexpensive. The rooms we stayed in were newly renovated and nice. The cleaning could have been better – it took almost four days before our towels were changed. There were also some ants on the floor. The outdoor areas were neat, clean, and well-maintained. The beach was nice, but unfortunately, the water was full of grass. The pool was large and child-friendly, but the bottom seemed to have come loose in a few places. The drinks served by the pool varied in quality. Additionally, there's a kids' club with dedicated staff for entertainment – a huge plus. They speak several different languages, which is also a big plus. There is a bit of a lack of general information about the town of Arbatax – is there actually anything to do? We went for a walk, and it felt deserted. But all in all, the hotel is definitely recommended for a one-week family holiday.

Great location, awesome staff, and delicious food! For the second year in a row we spent our summer holidays at the Saraceno. We had a fantastic time and our 3-year old daughter enjoyed her time at the mini club (thank you to Cosimo and his great team!). The animation team is well managed by Roberto - he's a funny guy, full of energy, and quite persistent (I invited him to consider moving into sales... :) Giacomo is the most charming single guy I ever met, so - if you are a girl and you are single - you should definitely consider spending your summer holidays at the Saraceno. Jokes aside, our experience was just great and the entire staff (staff, cleaning, etc.) is kind and truly welcoming. Well done!

Great hotel, great location, great staff and animation team. We were very satified and for sure we'll come back. It was a great vacation.

if I could I would give 100/10. We spent an unforgettable vacation, from the first second we entered the territory of this hotel we felt like in Paradise. A special bravo to the Animators team, they were very organized and full of energy, Barbora/Giorgia the best🫶🏼 training us gymnastics and they did it with a special passion, Lucas/Alessandro were busy with kids 9+, I was impressed by how many activities they had, experience with boats/catamarans, tennis, polo in the pool etc the rest team was also great WELL DONE. they were the best animators I have ever met. I had a super clean/beautiful room with garden view surrounded by an extraordinarily beautiful nature ❤️🌺, the reception was very welcoming as were all the workers of this hotel. the beach was immaculately clean the color of the water was azure and sparkling. I also really liked the pool because it was with sea water. I fell in love with Saraceno🫶🏼❤️ we will definitely come back.
