We extended our stay because we enjoyed the resort very much. You can get good value for a river cruise and forest trek from tuk tuk drivers outside the resort

Wow…. Especially breakfast and all the service providers was nice thanks for your services…………… the receptionists and all the waiters were great service providers ………. We all families were happy and we will promised to come again!!

I had an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning view. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I had a great time there. Customer service is great ! The place is amazingly beautiful and wide open. The rooms are very clean ! The restaurant is also very good. You have many activities (ground tennis, table tennis, basketball ball, pool…) I recommend 100%

I had a wonderful stay at Haile Resort .The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Lake Chamo and the surrounding nature. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every part of my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the food at the restaurant was delicious with a good variety of options. definitely a place I'd love to visit again

We had an amazing time! We came as a double date, and the service, hospitality—everything—was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The customer handling is the best I’ve ever seen it’s been a pleasure staying here .every staff is so polite . And everyone is trying to help us in every way and everything they got. Booking was so easy Breakfast is good with excellent customer service The sauna and steam was also fine Overall our stay was good with a good hospitality. Thank you very much.

The view is Soo good it make me stay for too long the room the bathrooms even the monkeys that we saw everything was good I really like the gishta juice and haile special I really wanna eat the sizler tubs but I was fasting I'm christian but everythimg was so good I experience everything tanky youu
