I have to say that the service of this hotel is really good. However, the parking space is a bit less, although hotel staff have been trying to stay in the parking space.

I stayed for 1 night and was a joy. Beautiful view from the rooftop pool area overlooking the red sea and the most perfect sunset. Enjoyed a very comfy night sleep. The receptionist staff was very nice.

The hotel is located close to a beach and to the city center.  The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK.

No-nonsense, no-frills, a practical hotel. Good location, was given a room with the window to the walled rooftop so that was not so great, but clean and comfy enough and helpful reception.

The room is very good and the balcony is also very big. The view is wide, the surrounding facilities are also very good, there is a Chinese restaurant not far from the hotel, very nice, will stay here again next time!

Please see the pictures for the bedding and linens. The bed is quite comfortable. Disposable slippers are provided. Hotel decoration: Please see the pictures for yourself. Toilet: It is separated into dry and wet areas. Breakfast: Please see the pictures for yourself. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and were quite considerate during my stay. The pictures of the hotel are consistent with the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alena in Aqaba. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded us to a more spacious room, which was a lovely surprise! The hotel’s location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and the city’s main attractions. The cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aqaba!
