Very good experience
Stayed for 3 nights to visit family over Christmas.The house was tastefully furnished and clean, well supplied with essentials.Only negative was a very loose back door railing which possed a safety issue with the snow and ice on those days.

Old friends get together....
Location is superior and it was everything that was advertised. We live in Appleton and got this house for friends who came to town. Will definitely recommend and/or rent again the next time we have guests .....

Lovely Home; Exceptional Host

Amazing property right near college campus.
Beautiful home, perfect for our family when we are in Appleton. Located just a block or two away from the heart of downtown Appleton, in the beautiful historic residential area near the Fox River.

Great house
Had a great stay here. Daniel was super responsive and made everything great. I would definitely stay here again. Everything we needed and properly cleaned.
A couple of small notes - while the location on College Ave is convenient to getting to the highway, there was some traffic noise. A sound machine helped so wasn't really an issue for me.
It's a remodeled older home so the stairs leading upstairs are a bit steep - so we just had to be a little extra careful going up and down. Again, nothing that would stop me from staying here again.
