Whist on the face of the hotel, it looks lovely but for the price and 5* it wasn’t the expected experience. On arrival we were kindly offered sandwiches, we were escorted through to the dining area and presented with average looking sandwiches but they tasted okay, 4 of the party were vegetarian and these were pre made without knowledge. We asked the member of staff if we could replace them at which point he took the sandwiches away and came back with 2 pieces of stale bread per person, with a slice of hardened cheese which I can only assume was for earlier in the day. This was laughed off, but again not exactly 5* luxury experience especially as a first impression. Whilst there are Resteraunt's available within the resort they are set menus and normally sharing. If you are a steak lover, it’ll be hard to find here! Overall the food again isn’t bad in these, but did not live up to the name or expectations. Children’s menus are very limited if you want to eat in the Resteraunts and carbon copy practically from one place to another offering the same 5 basic meals. If you choose to sit in the buffet area for meals it is well stocked with food and has a good variety which caters for all but overall I can’t say I’ll be returning. I believe for the price paid as all inclusive, theres better options out there to be explored with a more luxury touch! Sadly I can only offer an honest review of the experience we had, and whilst the resort wasn’t for us I can’t speak for everyone

First impression of this hotel arriving at night was WOW. The pool, the lights the ambiance welcomes you in and it just got better. All the staff were so friendly and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your time with them at their hotel. They were always ready with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing, the cocktail bar a delight and the long lunches a relaxed and fun experience. Thank you to all the staff you made a great holiday special we will definitely be back !

Stayed all inclusive. Beautiful hotel with great staff and fantastic food. Nothing is too much trouble. The room was upgraded to a suite with 2 bathrooms and was a lovely surprise. Lots of different places to eat and drink, the quality and variety was excellent. Lovely beach across the road accessed by a tunnel. They have buggies to take you if you don't fancy the short walk. Waiter service for food and drinks on the beach and you can have lunch at the restaurant there. Good quality nightly entertainment and the guest relations staff can help with any queries or excursions you might need. This was a treat for my husbands birthday (they made him a cake!) and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff for making this memorable.

Very good resort with plenty to do including waterslides gym spa and pool space. Had plenty of à la carte restaurants although this required further spending. The resort had evening entertainment every night and good quality kids club. Essentially everything you need under one roof and we had the benefit of visiting local places such as beaches, Lake Kournas and Chania.

The overall experience was excellent from the travel right through to the swimming pools and food. It’s not your typical Tui holiday experience but that didn’t detract from the quality of the hotel, food and drink. On the AI package you get a lot of choices with restaurants, food and especially the wine list! The drinks are local but high quality, the pools are good but a little cold. The beach and restaurant at the beach is fantastic. We booked a swim up room and it was large and well worth the extra cost as you can debunk back to your room and have a swim if the pool scene is busy. We found the majority of people there were a blend of German, Dutch, Italian and English which was a good mix and were very friendly. The staff here were brilliant though and nothing was too much trouble, despite there long days and heat, they worked tirelessly with a ready smile and welcoming greeting. These little things make a difference and add to the overall enjoyment of your annual holiday.

All round excellent! Decent restaurants, including the buffet, great facilities including of course pool areas, sports, private beach, evening entertainment and rooms and amenities. But above all, the staff were all amazing. So friendly, hospitable and ever willing to help. Nikki looked after us at dinner as did Djamel, Maria at the front desk, Maria at the concierge - all wonderful hosts! Even before we arrived, Ionna was super helpful over email.

This hotel was excellent. I’m Pescatarian but don’t eat seafood which can be an issue in all inclusive hotels but the selection at the Anemos was brilliant. They only downside was it didn’t follow through to the al a Carte so we could only visit 2/5 in the evening. The service was excellent the food was excellent the resort was clean and never crowded. We had no issues getting sunbeds maybe because quite a few of the rooms had their own pool. The sunbeds were the comfiest I’ve ever laid on and included a pillow. You were given a token for a beach / pool towel and you could change the towel Whenever you wanted. The beach was great, very clean and very safe for young children and the beach bar for lunch made it feel like you’ve gone out for lunch rather than eating in the hotel. The hotel was very easy to find by Car from the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
