Beautiful newly finished basement has private entrance. It has two beautiful bedrooms with one bathroom. Each bedroom has one queen bed . Also, on the living room, there is sofa bed for extra sleeping . Recently finished amazingly spacious walk out basement just 5minutes walk from the beautiful Aurora reservoir and south land mall. Very quite and respected neighborhood where you feel safe and hospitableyou have a driveway parking spot designated just for our guests.
