If you're up for more nature, there's the Warnham Nature Reserve not far away, which is really peaceful and full of lovely walking trails and wildlife. Southwater Country Park and Leith Hill are just a short drive away too, great for a family day out, or a quiet picnic spot. For something a bit more cultural, Horsham’s not far at all. You can catch a film or a live show at The Capitol Theatre, or pop into the Horsham Museum and Art Gallery. There’s loads of interesting local history and art to see. If you’re into ancient history, Bignor Roman Villa is worth a visit too, with its incredible mosaics and ruins.
