It was a very nice and clean room. The location overlooks the Nile River. The view was more beautiful in the morning than at night. I could see the Cairo Tower right in front of me. I was able to smoke in the lounge near the front desk! That's impossible in a Japanese Ritz! It was wonderful 💓

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cairo Marriott Hotel during my visit to this magnificent city, and I must say that it was an experience of unparalleled elegance and timeless luxury. From the moment I entered the grand lobby, I was transported to a world of opulence and sophistication, and every aspect of my stay surpassed my expectations. The Cairo Marriott Hotel is a true gem that seamlessly blends historic charm with modern amenities. Housed in a stunning palace dating back to the 19th century, the hotel exudes a sense of grandeur and majesty. The meticulously preserved architectural details, from the soaring ceilings to the intricate woodwork, added a sense of romance and authenticity to the entire experience. My room at the Cairo Marriott Hotel was a haven of comfort and refinement. The spacious layout, plush furnishings, and tasteful decor created an atmosphere of tranquility and indulgence. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the amenities one would be expect from a luxury hotel, including a well-appointed bathroom and a stunning view of the surrounding gardens or the Nile River.

Picture perfect hotel, it was my first night in Cairo, and I didn't even realize at the time how good I had it. Compared to other properties, even other Marriott group properties this one is above and beyond on food and service. Location is beautiful, they awarded me early check in and late check out. As a Titanium Elite they upgraded me to a beautiful room, though I did use a suite night award for it, but it was epic. Room service was very nice, indoor pool and outdoor pool very nice. Indoor pool is amazing just beautiful, feels like your swimming somewhere very unique. The spa facilities can use also the sauna, jacuzzi (many options) overall a great hotel, and would definitely stay again in Cairo. Wish I stayed longer. I will share to all my families and friends

The hotel is a great place to recuperate and layover before flying out from Cairo International Airport. It’s easy to get to from terminal 3 via the link bridge. The staff are friendly especially Aziz who was exceptionally and helpful. We did a day trip before our flight in the AMs. The only problem is ordering an uber and getting it to come to the hotel lobby. I don’t know why but several drivers cancelled because the location picks up the arrival terminal instead of the hotel. The hotel has shuttles though that go to the city. Breakfast was also good and the staff was amazing. Peaceful atmosphere away from the airport lounges and chaos at the airport.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location, environment, facilities and services are excellent. The scenery in the panoramic room with river view is great.

Great location, right in the heart of Cairo. We were taken to a high floor and had such a great view of the Nile River and the city that we didn't even have to climb the Cairo Tower. The concierge was able to help us with things outside of that hotel, such as asking us to contact the hotel we would be staying at the next day, which is indeed a five-star hotel. The restaurant we used was also delicious.

We stayed one night in this hotel. We chose it because of its proximity to the airport. The room is large, a bit old, the carpet is dirty in some places. Shower over the bath a little uncomfortable. The taxi service to the airport works well, as does the reception. There were some items missing from the room on arrival, but they were quickly dealt with.

The check-in process was swift and efficient, and I was delighted to find my room impeccably clean and well-appointed, with stunning views of the Nile River. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, providing me with restful nights throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of local and international dishes to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the made-to-order omelets. The on-site restaurants also did not disappoint, serving exquisite meals in an elegant setting. The amenities at Hilton Zamalek are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, and the outdoor pool area is a peaceful oasis where I could unwind after a day of exploring Cairo. The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing, with many of the city's attractions just a short drive away. Overall, my stay at the Hilton in Zamalek exceeded all expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes this hotel a standout choice in Cairo. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the city and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. ---

Room facilities are old but the room is clean. The Crabtree & Evelyn shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are different with other Hilton I stayed. Breakfast is nice and they provide delicious local style food.

I like this hotel because of the location. It has a small pool but unfortunately pigeons love the pool as much as a customers and I don't like pigeons. They need to do something to limit the number of pigeons that like to drink the pool water. There is a machine that you can buy that pigeons hate the sound of and the people can't hear. The rooms are a bit small but they gave me a room where I could see the Nile the Ritz-Carlton and the Egyptian museum so ask for room at the end of the building. Staff is top-notch and goes out of their way to help you. Don't book tourist from the concierge it's a rip off. I've stayed at this hotel three times because of the location and the professionalism of the staff.
