Very old hotel, I can see that it used to be relatively high-end, it is too old. Booked a villa business suite, the room has bedside lamps and reading lights. I don't like dark rooms. The bathroom looked dirty, the bath towel towel was the configuration of the old four or five-star hotel, and the carpet was dirty. The only good thing is that every room has a razor, and sometimes it is necessary to live in Hilton. The park environment is not bad, the hot spring pool is open for two large ones.

Very satisfied! Because I came to see the national gate for tourism, the front desk upgraded me to an executive room. The room is very large and clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows can see the opposite side 24 hours a day. I stayed for two nights. The location is very good. Going downstairs is the China-Myanmar border trade zone. The street stalls are very unique. The small national gate in the evening is much more lively than the big national gate. It is recommended to take a taxi as there are few buses. There are parking spaces. It is a very eye-catching building. There are special snacks near the scenic area, which is far from Ruili city. I slept very comfortably. The big brand of Arrow bathroom is very easy to use. The service is meticulous, and it is equipped with a sewing kit, matches, etc. The night light is always on. Breakfast is delivered to the door at 8:30. On the way back, I saw that the ID card was even put in a protective cover 👍🏻

The room was large and clean. The staff was warm and thoughtful. Because I went early, I booked the room and I upgraded it for free. And the breakfast was very affordable, that is, the facilities are indeed a bit old. If it can be improved, it will be perfect.

We stayed in the 10-story deluxe standard room, clean and tidy, very spacious and bright, warm service, the room is on the road, slightly noisy, sleep light will affect, KTV and hot spring baths are in the same building, breakfast can be good, close to the attractions, drive more than 20 minutes. Maybe because of the epidemic, there are no people living, and hygiene is less rigorous. The price is favorable, but the hygiene is really speechless. The toilet is yellow stained and the tap water is yellow. It is said that the hot water is a natural geothermal hot spring. It takes two more minutes to heat up, but I have been putting it for nearly 20 minutes without feeling hot. There is hair in the bathtub, although I do not need the bathtub, but look pretty bad. Alas, to keep up the business or not good management.

The first time I stayed at Ruili Intercontinental Hotel, from the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The front desk lady smiled kindly, checked in efficiently and quickly, and also intimately introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions guides, full service details! The deluxe king room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and even the toiletries are full of high-end. The most surprising thing is that the minibar provides free local specialty drinks and snacks, which show the intentions in the details. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, including Yunnan special rice noodles, bait silk, freshly squeezed juice and exquisite pastry, fresh ingredients, and superb taste! High cost performance, highly recommended, next time you come to Ruili will definitely choose here again.
