Family oriented place often not available, because of my friends. Whenever it's possible I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. The neighbours are pleasant. Our neighbourhood is the most prestigious - the most expensive houses with unique style in Burgas are located in the area.Everything is close-by. No car is needed. Public bike rentals are available for 1lv all over the place. Public Transportation is 1.5lv.- available near by /no need unless traveling to the nearby historic coastal cities!/ or Mall Galeria.
