We stayed here on the way back to Geneva Airport. The staff were amazing, especially the waiter and manager. Made the place and the stay extra special. Plus, beautiful and calm dogs to help welcome us. Also lovely touches, such as a coffee early in the morning to send us on our way. Thankyou!!!

We've stayed here several times and enjoyed it. Upgraded in recent years, big free car park, friendly multilingual staff, a 10 minute walk from centre and a decent breakfast which includes eggs and bacon, croissants, cakes, cold cheeses and hams. Hospitable stay. We'd definitely stay again.

Not a full review - just a comment about the waiters. While the food was not to my taste (vegetarians clearly not well understood here!) the restaurant/ breakfast staff, Bogdan and Ivo, were courteous, hard-working and did their best to look after our group. They deserve good feedback.

We stayed at this hotel on our arranged holiday with interski. The friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us and our children from the minute we arrived. Great food with a varied selection for breakfast enjoyed by all and and a wonderful choice of menus for the evening meal with an authentic Italian choice too. The rooms were fantastic and very clean with daily maid service from the friendly team. The bar service with a smile too offering a lovely selection of drinks and snacks. The staff are fantastic and always willing to help and have a joke with the children. This place is very special and we will be back. What a great team!

Nous avons passé une nuit pour un petit séjour à Aoste. L’hôtel est situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville. Les chambres quadruple sont spacieuses par contre l’insonorisation est mauvaise nous avons été réveillés tôt le matin par les chambres voisines qui prenaient leur douche et nous les entendions discuter. Une rénovation de l’hôtel serait nécessaire aussi. Salle de bains et infrastructures un peu vieille. Point positif pour la piscine intérieure dont la température est très agréable, idéal après une journée de visite. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais pas extraordinaire. Le personnel parle français. Le restaurant était fermé pendant notre venue mais il y avait un bar. En conclusion, hôtel sympa pour une nuit mais quelques points à améliorer.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per un evento sportivo a Pila, la prima sera alle 18.00 l'acqua calda per fare la doccia era terminata ed è stato possibile farla solo intorno alle 23.00, a quell'ora la temperatura era appena sufficente per non prendersi un accidente! Il bagno della camera cieco e senza una ventola di aspirazione. Abbiamo cenato al "ristorante" dell'albergo, 37 € per cibo pessimo e di bassa qualità! Uno scandalo! La prima mattina è stato impossibile fare colazione per la completa assenza di organizzazione e professionalità da parte del personale di sala, alle 8.00 il buffet della colazione era privo di tutto senza che questo venisse rifornito nei tempi e nei modi adeguati, la giustificazione è stata che c'era molta gente, quindi?! Se non si è in grado di fare un lavoro o non lo si prende o si cambia mestiere!! La piscina e l'idromassaggio della SPA avevano l'acqua fredda e torbida perché non trattata in modo adeguato. La sensazione generale che si percepiva era quasi di fastidio e insofferenza da parte del personale. Non torneremo più nemmeno per sbaglio o necessità.

Hotel Indecente. Lurido. Servizio imbarazzante. Come è possibile che gli siano state date 4 stelle?!? Non ne meriterebbe nemmeno 1. Junior suite, sporca. Divano pieno di macchie. Bagno inguardabile. Schifo dappertutto, allego le foto a dimostrazione. Riscaldamento rotto la prima sera, richiesta stufetta perché non c’è stata la possibilità di cambiare camera perché al completo. Sala ristorante con riscaldamento non funzionante. Temperatura esterna -5. Abbiamo cenato,in pochi, con il piumino. 3 Cani della proprietà liberi: bulldog francese, bracco weimaraner, Simo Labrador nero. Sdaraiti sui divani della hall o che strusciavano la pancia, e annessi, su tutti i tappeti della hall.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits (15 et 16/11/2024) dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait, que ce soit l'hôtel, le personnel, le petit déjeuner. Très bien accueilli et les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables ; je recommande ++++. Cet hôtel est très bien situé car près du centre ville d'Aoste. Il possède un restaurant très agréable mais qui n'est pas ouvert certains soirs mais un très très bon restaurant se situe à 5 minutes à pied (restaurant El Paso)
