Overall good and Clean facility. Near to the most of attractions

Very nice hotel, friendly service and delicious breakfast. The pool is a great addition. Would stay here again.

Rooms were ok, beds were very squeaky, when asked to change they were quick to resolve. Changed rooms and the bed linen in the new room had stains. Lucky there were two beds one room so just slept in that. Left as soon as we could. Never again

Zuerst das Gute, Personal ist sehr freundlich. Dinner gut aber in Sri Lanka schon bessere Buffet gehabt. Frühstück ok, wenig Brot-, Käse- oder Yogurthauswahl. Das ging ja noch, aber das Hotel verfügt über keinerlei Charm oder Atmosphäre. Dies beginnt in der Empfangshalle, über den Essbereich und dann auch die Zimmer. Für ein 4 Stern stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht. Unser Zimmer war schmudelig und es finden sich überall Flecken, das Badezimmer sehr klein und die Amaturen verkalkt und angelaufen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Handtücher hat es keine nur Badetücher. Ein kleines Duschmittel und Shampo. Der Pool ist gut und schön, die dazu gehörenden Toiletten und Duschen gehören Totalrenoviert. Genauso wie das Gebäude auf welches man beim schwimmen schaut und auf dem Gelände steht. Dies ist das 9 von 10 Hotels, dass wir auf unserer Rundreise haben und bei weitem das schlechteste. Morgen beziehen wir Nummer 10, lassen wir uns überraschen, aber hier werden wir nicht zurückkommen....

一進房間門，就看到一衹蟑螂，然後又看到衞生間，蟑螂在開會，換了房間後，東西都攤開來了，又看到一衹蟑螂，真的無語了

斯里蘭卡拉加拉塔酒店，地理位置算可以，服務還行的，環境衹能一般，算便宜，酒店出行還算方便，餐食算過的去

We had a wonderful stay at Rajarata Hotel on Poya Day. The location was perfect for our visit to Sri Ruwanweliseya, and having a beautiful pool view from our room was an added bonus. Having stayed at many hotels over the years, I can honestly say this was a different and very pleasant experience. The entire team was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we felt genuinely cared for, almost like being with family. The hotel was very busy, but it was impressive to see how professionally the team handled every guest. Everyone seemed well looked after and happy with the service. The buffet had a great variety of food. As we had a temple programme, we selected vegetarian options, and we were very happy with what was available. A special thank you to Mr. Ananda, the F&B Manager, for organizing everything so well. His attention to detail and the way his team handled the service really stood out. Our appreciation also goes to the Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and the entire hotel team. Our room was very comfortable, clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed, including good Wi-Fi. We also noticed that the hotel and surroundings were very well maintained. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire Rajarata Hotel team for making our visit so special. We would be very happy to come back again.

Had a wonderful stay at Stay Rajarata Hotel. From the reservation desk to check-out, everything was smooth and satisfying. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and I would happily recommend this hotel!
