這次入住的是長白山景區裏唯一的一家酒店，是長白山高原冰雪訓練基地的配套服務單位，在這裏還能遇到集訓的專業滑雪運動員。 酒店在長白山北坡中腰的位置，也是兩個景點羣的樞紐中心位置，出了酒店就是景區的接駁車，非常方便快捷。 我們預訂酒店後，就和酒店保持密切聯繫，還沒到長白山，已經提前得到了交通、飲食、景點、環境的詳盡介紹。 從我們把自駕車停放在山下的社會停車場裏，和辦理退房後，酒店都安排了專車來接送，很是周到。 房間很乾凈，前台、保潔、餐廳都禮貌。 尤其要特別感謝長白山小怪獸的熱情服務，讓我們深深感受了東北人民的好客和親切。

Exceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections. Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

We stayed 2 nights in Crowne Plaza and it’s a wonderful experience! They assigned assistant 莹莹 and 小杜 during the stay and both of them have been very helpful and patience with all our enquiries, from travel itinerary, facilities, feedbacks and transport arrangement. They also sent us ginger tea and fruits when we ended our activities. We are carefree during this period and just enjoy ourselves in Changbaishan. The hotspring is very well maintained and pet paradise is contented as well. Will definitely visit again!

Every staff member I contacted was very good, completely exceeding my expectations and needs. The room was very clean and beautiful, and the view was great. The breakfast is rich, and the salad is very suitable for Guangzhou's stomach. I haven't eaten vegetables for a few days. 3. The chef of the hotel restaurant is very popular with me. Jiangmi chicken must be tried. The portion is large and the chicken tastes fragrant. The disadvantage is that the ribs are refrigerated meat and not fresh. The waiter is indifferent and is playing with his mobile phone. There is no takeaway nearby, and the delivery starts at 500. The hotel restaurant is a little expensive. Play: 1. It takes three minutes to walk to the hot spring, which is very convenient, but the hardware is five-star and the service is three-star. I asked the front desk of the hot spring if the car has arrived, and the answer was: you wait outside! 2. Skiing for three hours and dressing for two hours. Ask the hotel front desk to order ski clothes. It is best to wear them in the hotel in advance. The attitude of the ski resort staff is very good. In addition, when the shuttle bus was leaving, I waited at the gate. When I came back, there was no bus. I asked everyone but couldn’t find it. 3. Changbai Mountain VIP channel, convenient and fast

This guesthouse is an absolute delight! The host is so welcoming and generous and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and fantastic stay. We are Chinese speaking foreigners, but the host had downloaded translation apps just in case. The breakfast was lovely and he made every effort to make us at home, including by picking us up from the airport and helping us arrange our itinerary. The guesthouse is in a convenient location to the North Entrance of Changbaishan (a seven minute walk) but away from the touristy hustle and bustle. It is nestled by a serene stream and surrounded by a forest, which is perfect respite from big city China. The rooms are beautiful, clean, serene, and comfortable. 我们在长白山过的三天，过的很开心。 老板给我们也别热情的欢迎，也帮我们安排好我们的行程。 这个民宿很漂亮，很干净，特别方便。 在长白山北坡的附近。

Highly recommended~ Clean and hygienic, also close to Changbai Mountain Scenic Area The room is spacious and comfortable, the room manager and the room service aunt on the fourth floor are very good, especially the fat aunt who is very hospitable and considerate, and greets you every time you meet~ The only drawback is that the attitude of the front desk on the evening of the 21st was very cold, making people feel that they have not received any training... They were also a little impatient with the guests' questions about buying tickets for the scenic area.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

The executive room I booked was not cheap, but it was arranged on the first floor. The light was dim and the air was not very good. I didn't dare to open the curtains easily because there was a road outside and I was afraid that pedestrians would see it. So there was no so-called scenery to see during the few days I stayed there. , most of the rooms have curtains drawn, but the service facilities are good. Another thing is that the curtain remote control is in an awkward location. It's installed right next to the window. Wouldn't it be faster for me to just walk over and pull it myself? Should be installed between two beds
