房間挺大的，應該是在山上，早上上山很快，前台的都挺好的，小姐姐加了微信，諮詢了很多都耐心解答了，到現場的小哥人也很好，一下車就看到他跑過來接行李，帶的吃的幫忙加熱送上樓，到了點出發專程過來提醒主動幫忙拎包，真的服務挺好的

非常感謝前台的小姐姐，人美心善，服務熱情周到，有親和力。昨天晚上泡完酒店贈送的温泉，我們獨自去吃飯了，就沒有乘坐定時班車回到酒店，前台的小姐姐馬上就來電話詢問在哪裡，是否需要幫助？這麼貼心細緻的服務，在這漆黑的寒冬夜，給我們全家帶來了無限的温暖。第二天玩得太晚下山，前台的小姐姐馬上幫我們聯繫安排車輛回到二道白河。等今年七月再來長白山，還住這裏！

酒店就在和平滑雪場，滑雪特別方便，不限時滑雪太爽了。酒店到皇冠温泉也有車送，特別方便。環境好，不吵鬧，地暖也很好。另外，藍牙地理丟了，酒店前台美美下班後快遞給我，特別貼心。很滿意一次旅行？
