Check in area was quite messy, not properly organised. Only one staff to attend to check in/check out when we arrive at evening time. Day time could be better. Need to get breakfast coupon during check in (if you booked with breakfast), and dining area is the hotel beside. Staff in charge of local tour package is helpful and assist us to book the tour as the ticket to Changbaishan was fully sold out. Apparently, visiting Changbaishan needs to pre-book your ticket beforehand to avoid disappointment. Local tour we joined was pretty good as one will be ferried around the 3 main visiting spots by coach. Main plus point is that the hotel is near a hotspring hotel and the entrance point of north slope (both within 3-5 mins walking distance from hotel).

The room was very clean and the toiletries smelled very good. I took them away and used them later in Wanda. The hotel is very close to Edelweiss. It is also very convenient to walk from Edelweiss to the North Scenic Area Distribution Point, and it is also very convenient to walk back to the hotel from one end of Genting Market. I stayed at Erdao Yaduo again after 2 months. There were no problems with breakfast, late night porridge, staff service, and room furnishings. The only thing I want to say is that your delivery robot is too unintelligent. Of course, this is also caused by human factors. I needed a bag delivered by the robot before I left the hotel. I waited for more than 20 minutes but it still didn't come. I called the front desk and they said the robot had come up. Then I waited for more than 10 minutes. The robot should have climbed up the stairs. I couldn't wait any longer, so I went downstairs with my luggage and met the robot in the elevator. It was actually delivering things to other floors... It turned out that it didn't deliver to me. I was so angry 😡 The front desk explained for a long time, what's the use... There must be a first come first served, right? If it is a problem of human settings, then deliver one household after another in the order order, and don't set up several households to deliver at once. I hope that there will be no such operation next time I come.
