I went with the goal of learning to kite board and was recommended the location by a friend who had visited in the early stages of development. Upon my arrival to Sakalava Bay, I felt an immediate sense of relaxation and was warmly greeted by the owner of the establishment and all the staff. The resort caters to all forms of guests, couples, solo-travelers and families from all parts. The food was phenomenal and the evening entertainment was great, with most guest from other resorts in the bay coming to take part in the festivities. The team would also do there best to cater to all other requests and arrangements for activities outside of the establishment, arranging tours, taxis and guides to the neighboring areas. I look forward to visiting Kite Paradise in the coming years as a new addition to the kiting world!

Hi KiteParadise THANKS for everythings!!!!! It been all amazing! Your structure, sessions, your staff, meals, excursions, your music evening (I loved it), everythings! But the most important thing was the Mood i had found in KiteParadise!!! Really special and I loved It. I never found a place like that before. Strangers from all over the world until the day before, become close and create very special friendships. Every one smiling, and enjoy together in kite sessions! So, i can tell You only Thank You and I sure to will see you again soon.

I didn’t want to leave KiteParadise! It offers indeed a glimpse of what Paradise must look like. As my husband was kite surfing I was lazing around(and eventually kitesurfed too) thanks to the babysiiter who took great care of our 4 years old little girl. The peaceful atmosphere, the stunning colors and the friendliness of the team made it undoubtedly a very special place to stay.

We stayed only 3 nights in this stunning place but these days were enough to make us missing the atmosphere. We loved very much spleeping in our MAKI LUXE TENT, just in front of the sea. We never stayed in a glamping before and this experience was great! We stayed in a huge yurt, protected from the wind, with a private terrace facing the kitespot. The breakfast was very good: juices, bread, butter and jam, milk, coffee and tea, eggs and so on... After breakfast one of us had his first experience in kiting, he enjoyed very much the lessons with the teacher. But let me say: Kite Paradise is not just for kiters! The rest of the roup made a very relaxing walk to the other bays near Sakalava. Also Diego Suarez is very near to the hotel and you can ask to the staff to organize a trip to the fantastic Emerald Sea. Raph was very nice with us and we will never forget the atmosphere we felt during the nights spent with him and the other kiters, drinking together rum arrange or singing together while he was playing the guitar, surrounded just by the silence of the bay and at the lights of the stars. We recommend this place for sure! :-)

Absolutely fantastic stay with Ralph and his team. Amazing location; very tranquil. Friendly staff. White soft sand stairs up to the unique accommodations (like as in a variety of interesting and well apportioned room styles, not a euphemism for "odd"). Food was great. Massages were wonderful after a day of kite surfing. Kite instructors were top notch and on hand for coaching up anyone looking for help. Kite rentals plentiful. I didn't wear shoes all week. And evening jam sessions with guitars if you're inclined. Raph - the owner - is super attentive to his guests. The road in and out is adventurous. To the first point, Ralph was up at 0445 to see me off, and ensure I got to the airport on time. All well on departure. But the taxi blew his gear box on the road a few minutes away. Ralph was already there by the time i stepped out of the blown out taxi with his own 4x4, which he lent to the taxi driver to ensure I made it to the airport. Absolutely top-shelf treatment from an owner who cares. Highly recommend.

What can I say? My visit to Kite Paradise? Madagascar was one of the best Kite surfing and general holiday experiences I have had in my life firstly the hotel and establishment is managed impeccably by the owner Raphael who has paid attention to every single detail leading to an A+ rated stay, everything has been thought about even transportation of your luggage from where the taxi dropped you off in the small African village up the beach all the way to the hotel. The food is exemplary with masses of choice and amazing cuisine. The fresh fish and zebu steaks were one of our favourites as well as the spring rolls. Interaction with the staff is a very intimate and special experience here the staff are courteous friendly open and to be quite frank absolutely lovely people you get to know them on a personal level rather than a formal level like a normal hotel. They give you an insight into their lives And they are nothing but smiles 100% of the time absolutely lovely and wonderful. When we initially booked, we were trying to be cost-effective so we chose the little Maki bungalows and were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw what they actually were super luxurious are shaped bungalows with super superbly comfortable bed and very tastefully decorated in Madagascar style 10 out of 10 for the room. For those going for Kite surfing adventures the lagoon is everything that it is expected to be the white beautiful sandbar that appears at low tide is fantastic as is the flat turquoise warm water allowing you to learn freestyle moves and rapidly excel the wind has been consistent and we had wind 10 days out of 13 of our day and that was just at the beginning of the windy season. I simply cannot rate this establishment highly enough. I’ve been on many trips and reviewed many kites of centres and this stands out as simply the best not only because of the Kite surfing but the entire experience delivered by Rafael and his amazing team of staff, including the Kite surf instructors, who are very skilled and knowledgeable in what they do. If you’re thinking about it, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed.

Never imagined I would be eating a delicious oonie pizza in Madagascar! Thanks Raphaël for your warm welcome. Superb spot, calm and relaxing. Perfect moment. I didn't sleep at Kire Paradise, but would have loved too, the rooms looked amazing, spacious and clean.

I stayed here with my family for New Year’s and everything was perfect!!!! Actually incredible :-) all the staff is super super nice and careful. The location is just great, we could see the nice clear blue water from our bungalow. The food is excellent, massage - great, the THB beer as well :-))) The owner, Raph is a super nice person always making sure everything is alright. Would definitely recommend the place!
