Hôtel Josse

We stayed in four hotels over the course of our travels and this one was hands-down my favorite. First, the location is excellent. Literal steps away from the beach, you are also within walking distance of a delicious bakery, a useful little grocery store, and the whole of Old Town Antibes where all the best shopping is. (The train station is closer to 30 minutes' walk, definitely still doable—and we did do it!—but also a cheap taxi ride.) The staff is incredibly helpful and solicitous in every possible way. The room was very large, clean, and well-maintained. We were put in the handicap suite, which was a unique experience for an able-bodied group, so I can't speak to the standard experience, but even though we were on the ground floor facing the street, the shutters you can lower at night blocked out all light and noise. We had CONSISTENT hot water and good pressure in the shower, which was not the case in other hotels! We also had AC (not a thing I expected to be optional, but it was in other places), which really helped when coming back toasty from the beach. The offered continental breakfast was pricey but varied and felt like a nice way to supplement the relaxed nature of our stay (though, again, the bakery across the street was also delicious and excellent as well, and what we used on mornings where we really needed to get up and go.) Overall, a wonderful experience and I'll remember it fondly.

We had a family holiday in Hotel Josse for ten nights, two adult's and two children. It is a lovely hotel with a warm, friendly atmosphere. It is in a perfect location opposite the beach and within walking distance to Juan les pins and Antibes train stations. The hotel room was was very clean and comfortable, with good wardrobe space and a safe. Breakfast was lovely, there was a good variety of food every morning. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they work well together as a team. I would highly recommend this hotel and would like return in the future.
