While I did not actually end up staying at this hotel, I am writing a review because of their understanding and kindness. I had a non cancellable reservation for 1 night, but my husband went into the hospital for an emergency and the doctor would not let us travel. With only 4 days notice, they were willing to cancel my room with no penalty. This was not their documented policy. I think this demonstrates the type of place this is. P.S. there were other hotels on my itinerary, that would not offer this kindness.

At La Place are you well looked after. Both the personnel and the friendly atmosphere make you feel at home. Top lo9cation to explore Antibes, a short walk to Restaurants, the train station, beach and harbor. Have stayed there for both business and pleasure, always with good memories

I loved this place! I stayed there while attending the Cannes Film Festival - and the place was just perfect for this. Very close to Cannes (easily accessible via train), but still a bit distanced from the whole hype. Breakfast was amazing: Very tasty, great selection, and presented with style and love. Personnel were very friendly! Room was super clean and had a nice style. I can only recommend!

This hotel is in the perfect location between the edge of the old town and the train station. Easy walking distance to both. Very quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Nice hot water and shower pressure. We didn't get their breakfast because there's so many places to eat nearby that we wanted to try, but their lounge looked nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked on recommendation, very cozy hotel perfectly located in old town. Very good service and nice friendly staff. Breakfast buffet with a variety of food, and the coffee were excellent. Will book this again next trip!
