Dear [nirvana] Management, I am writing 👎👎👎to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had high expectations based on your advertising and reputation, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect what was promised in any way.👎👎👎 Firstly, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely disappointing. When we arrived and entered our room, the bedding, including the pillows and sheets, was far from clean. They were visibly stained and looked unkempt. This was completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to maintain high cleanliness standards. Moreover, the bathroom facilities were in poor condition. The shower was broken and could not be used properly, which caused significant inconvenience during our stay. Additionally, the spa facilities, including the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool, were either not working or were poorly maintained. This was a major reason for selecting your hotel, and the fact that these amenities were unavailable was very disappointing. The food and desserts were also of very poor quality. They were not fresh, and the overall taste did not meet expectations. Given that meals are an essential part of the stay, this added to my dissatisfaction. Considering these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service and facilities were far from what was advertised, and it was not worth the money paid. I have taken photographs and videos as evidence, which I am prepared to share publicly to ensure that other potential guests are aware of the reality of staying at your hotel. I expect a response to this complaint and would appreciate if you take immediate action to address these issues. It is important for businesses to provide what they promise, and I hope my feedback leads to improvements for future guests. Sincerely, Hamed.

Wonderful hotel! I will be back for sure!

Very good I enjoy a lot And would like to come here more and more. For me is very nice everything , high quality stuff, everything very well done and prepared for a nice stay , so highly recommend!!! They also have very good padel and tennis courts. And the best breakfast I have ever had in my life.

Every thing is good the food the room the housekeeping everything is great . We are very happy to choose your resort and very nice places . I suggest to prepare a bus to take us to the mall in time for 3 hours and return it’s very good idea i see it in Dubai.

We liked hotel. They have very good service. The food is so delicious. The stuff who working here is very friendly. Pools are grear to spend times. Reception is also very friendly, we had a lovely check-in. And also the hotel is close every place like airport and city Center.

From the moment we arrived the staff at the Nirvana Cosmopolitan hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful. I'm a single parent travelling with my two daughters aged 10 & 8 years old. Immediately I felt at home and excited about our stay. I'm half way through my stay and it just keeps better by the day. The staff can't do enough and go above and beyond.

Amazing second visit to our favourite hotel, as a family and we would not book anywhere else.. The Excel bar does just that, Excels. Our favourite bartenders, waiters and waitresses in all of the amazing restaurants made us feel like royalty and treated us like it each day, every meal served to us and every drink brought to us in between, without having to ask. From meeting and spending a Wonderful holiday with the fabulous entertainment team who are truly inspirational individuals, Emir and James are an asset to the hotel, involving us daily in darts, pool, football for the 13 and 14 year old football mad boy's in the family, to family quizzes with other hotel guests from all nationalities, really unites this hotel and gives the opportunity for guests to meet and have a great time together! The food is incredible, as are the chocolate, ice cream, cake and Starbucks on site! Wonderful Spa facilities and massage. I could go on and on how wonderful this hotel is, waterpark, beach bar, al a carte restaurant, steak house, Fellini 24-7 restaurant and theatre. Do not miss a chance or think twice about choosing to book this hotel, you will thank me later! Location brilliant for very friendly locals and great value local-shops. We can’t wait to return and see you all at Nirvana Cosmopolitan very soon! The best of the best One of the best hotels I've ever been in. Lots of activities, so calm and peaceful great hospitality great rooms Specially, thanks to Mr. Ahmet at the beach bar we enjoyed the drinks he made. We got Turkish bath and spot treatment, which was also so good . Foods and specially desserts are amazing at this hotel . I will be back 100 % to this hotel the chiken process was so comfortable Everyone is smiling all the time all the workers! Will miss you so much, Nirvana. I promise that I will be back.

This hotel is so good and beautiful. I came here with my family for 6 days, everything is high level quality. Good restaurants and drinks are really excellent! Also i would like to thank Uliana from animation team, she is so friendly and aways play some games with us! I hope to come back again soon, see you Nirvana!
