Ulasan Kristal Beach Hotel

Заселились сразу, хоть я и приехала в 10 утра. Ремонт когда-то был сделан очень хороший, но судя по состоянию это было лет 20 назад. Уборка тоже очень посредственная, пол моют каждый день, но оконные стекла например в отпечатках, душевую кабинку чистят видимо очень редко. Расположение отеля отличное, выход прямо на пляж.

If you get your teeth done by MagicTouch, this is 1 of the 2 hotels they put you up in for the duration of your treatment. Great little hotel on the beach front with amazing views of the ses and mountains. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops all within a short walking distance and Old Town Bazaar is only a short taxi ride away where there are lots of places for clothes shopping and even more restaurants and bars. If staying here, I highly recommend eating at a restaurant called the Riviera which is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel that serves great food. The staff are really helpful and super friendly (night and day compared to where we started the week off in Side, absolute dump) the guy on reception he couldn't do enough for us from recommending restaurants and letting us know what there was to do in the surrounding area. He even found where I could find a huge variety of honey in Antalya which made my holiday being a beekeeper. The lady who cooked our breakfast every morning was always happy and greeted us with a huge smile and made the best omelettes and fried eggs, sorry we didn't get to say goodbye and thank her as she wasn't working on our last day but thankyou from both of us. Can't wait to return next year and see you all again it was a pleasure meeting you all...

The room was Very dirty,no Wi-Fi, no AC, broken balcony door and no trash can or bins for trash… My fellow tourists please don’t reserve it or recommend it for anyone else.. Even, broken TV remote and many other things to point out……

Is it real hotel i dont thing so there was no kind of hospotality you feel you are not welcome at all if you plan to come to this beautiful city and wonderfull beach stay away from this hotel . Elevator: dark not safe bathroom : terrible bed : not comfortable breakfast: its ok but no choise of corse its not a luxury or resort hotel but there is no basis of hotel i had experience in hostel or caravan or homestay it was not bad lik this at less you feel welcome and you will not see sullen faces and more than that there is alwas someone who give you information about city. "To be a hotelier its most to be a host"

We came as family and we didn't expect this poor hospitality No safe box in the room , no kettle in the room for tea or coffee No iron Even no beach towels, breakfast is not good And room is very small size room You will receive the room without any facilities You have to ask the reception for everything to bring it to you "things offered normally in other hotels " like shampoo, bath towels, blanket......" The only benefits in this hotel is location , view and swimming pool

Worst thing in Antalya, not clean not clean, very bad smell in the bathroom The stuff is good, speak english and some of them speak Arabic I didnt try the food becouse of the smell on the caradur , I feel i need to The location of thr hotel is very good, konalty betch is wonderful

Hello I thought I would leave a review as I was worried about staying at this hotel due to the previous reviews. I am here as a solo traveller from the uk to have some dental work carried out the DCT klinik (dental centre turkey) On arrival, I was asked if I wanted a sea view and was quickly given the wifi code and a quick tour of the hotel. Room was spotless on arrival with a a few hand towels and bath towel. Bar and restaurant areas were stunning many guests from other hotels evidently eat and drank here. The hammam/ spa was AMAZING for only 200TL I had a full body scrub, foam peel, foam massage, sauna and one hour massage. The pool area was basic with only a few deck chairs and beanbags but again it was no issue to me as I prefer the beach so would literally walk across the road and join the beach clubs. So many food and drink options on konyaalti beach I was spoilt for choice. Everybody is super friendly although some of their English isn’t great Google translate is working wonders and I am having no issues.

Очень довольны отель, еда в основном ресторане вкусная и ассортимент большой, уборка в номерах хорошая. Отдыхали семьей. Бассейны чистые. Ланч быстро ресторан очень хороший’ очень понравился. Анимация хорошая Приедем ещё раз обязательно

Не советую данный отель даже своему врагу. Единственный плюс - пляж в нескольких минутах . На этом все . Очень грязные номера, тем более ванная , постельное белье воняло . Брезгали даже дышать там. По ночам из раковины воняло , что мы не могли спать. А дверь не закрывалась , так как от сырости разбухла. На завтрак каждый день одно и тоже и все ужасное. Тоже было грязно. Кофе и какао заканчивалось в кофемашинке, но все игнорировали наши замечания. Еле продержались 3 ночи , так как нас никто не вернул предоплату. Испорченный отдых . Если у вас есть возможность доплатить , то лучше доплатите и не мучайтесь в дискомфорте , прошу вас

À fuir, de toute urgence ! C’est La pire, expérience de hamam, massage d’ Antalya ! Par où commencer, tout d’abord, les prix affichés à l’extérieur ne correspondent pas du tout à ce que l’on vous annonce une fois à l’accueil. On cherche à vous arnaquer à tout prix, la personne de l’accueil est extrêmement désagréable ! Une fois arrivée dans cet endroit sombre, très sale et avec une odeur de moisissures, nous avons patienté près d’une heure dans une salle très froide avant de pouvoir réaliser le bain turc. A notre passage, on nous annonce qu’il faut payer 50 livre turques de plus pour qu’une femme réalise le gommage sur une femme, cest inacceptable !!! Concernant le massage, nous avons été massé à peine 20 minutes contre les 1h prévue ! La salle de massage était toujours aussi sale plein de moisissures avec une odeur nauséabonde et des serviettes sales ! le massage a été extrêmement bâclé, et pas du tout agréable ! Et pour finir, au moment de payer , tout le personnel est venu autour de nous, pour nous encerclé comme si nous étions les fautifs ! Ils essayent de vous monter la tête et de justifier tout leur non professionnalisme !!! Honte à eux !!! Ne croyais pas tous les bons commentaires, krystal spa est la pire expérience de ma vie, je vous le déconseille plus que tout !!! J’espère qu’une chose, que ce centre va fermer car il ne mérite même pas d’exister !!!!

La pire expérience de ma vie dans tous les sens du terme !! J'ai sejourné 1 semaine dans cet hotel mais l'hygiène était horrible, salle de bain degueulasse, drap salle, mauvaise odur dans la chambre ! Puis je parler de l'acceuil mediocre des employé ? Une vrai honte ! Aucune volonté des employé !! Des voleurs ! Nous avons fait un message spa au sein de l'hôtel et nous avons attend 1h avant d'être massé 20 min au lieu d'1h !!! Ils nous ont demandé de payé 100tl de plus pour que ma femme sois massé par une femme et non pas un homme !!!! Endroit à fuir de toute urgence, ne gâché pas vos vacances svp Cet endroit devrait être fermé et les employé virés car ce sont de vrais escrot
