Great holiday experience! Everything was flawless during our time at the Miracle Resort Hotel. The hotel''s design was charming, with modern and comfortable, with spotless rooms and a stunning sea view. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, and every need was taken care of immediately. The food was diverse and delicious, with options for every taste, especially the buffet. The pools and beach area were very clean and tidy, and we had a pleasant time throughout the day. And additional thank you guests relations Farima and Beytollah

as a new married couple they gave us champagne and fruit and a free a la carte meal. Hotel was clean and tidy. the football was on so lots of things like the karaoke got cancelled ( shame). The Beach lets it down as its stoney. The midnight restaurant is a really cool idea

We came , here for Nawruz all is fine food , cleaning the staff is respectfull. We spending lot money for kind if trip all tkme want to take expectations. But the music and other entertinment programs we did not feel and see. So it was a little disappointing about fun. Ths concert was so expensive. Caring and interest in us of Guets relations team. Farima and Baytullah thnk you them for making colourfull oir vacation.

We went for a family holiday at the miracle resort. We had the most amazing holiday. The facilities and service is excellent. The complete crew of the hotel is amazing time. Especially Hakki, the man who worked on the terras, was the extra sunshine on our holiday. All facilities where fantastic, the food excellent. When you go here your holiday will feel like stepping in a miracle.

It was perfect , the guys from the lobby bar was amazing , everytime smiling and fast tô serve, the roem was very Nice and clean but the Server the lobby bar guys perfect Halli , vahit bural Ismail Zafer and Memet bicama friend of mine , about the food is really good and breakfast fanstatic

This is our 5th hotel along Lara beach and they are pretty much comparable Positives of Miracle- Short transfer from airport Friendly and helpful staff Large, clean rooms stocked daily with drinks A mix of nationalities Huge pool and great slides Well maintained gardens Always sun loungers free A variety of foods for all tastes You could have whatever drink you wanted Pianist was lovely in the afternoon in the lobby bar Bar member Gunardi was phenomenal To think about… Lots of young children- maybe a large family area for them or an adult or over 12 years area in the restaurant Music by pool- incredibly loud. It could be a little quieter Entertainment of an evening wasn’t the best we’ve seen. Lots of turkish music so the other nationalities lost interest and left Smoking is everywhere outside. 80% of people smoked and there was no where to escape this. Maybe some no smoking areas? Restaurant is so busy and chaotic. Could it be organised better? A la carte restaurants were 20 euros per person including over 5 years. This is a lot of money when you’ve paid for the all inclusive. We would loved to have used it but felt it was out of our price bracket

I never usually write bad reviews but here it goes… Came here a couple of weeks ago with my family (13 of us.) I do want to mention that the hotel manager promised me he would help me further via email with this issue, but i have been ignored for two weeks now. I had money stolen from my room which was given to me from my grandmother. Stupidly i put my trust in a 4+ star hotel to not rummage through my belongings and left my bag on the dressing table which contained a small purse with some money in. A house keeper had gone through my bag and forgot to put the purse back in as it was left on the side when i returned to my room. the next day my grandmother who was in the room next to me planted an empty purse on the side and took a picture to see if it was tampered with; when we returned it was also moved with the zip in a different position. I was told from the hotel that “i spent the money in the hotel” it’s all inclusive? why would i need to spend it! The whole situation was treated unprofessionally and i ended up going the rest of the holiday with my room not being cleaned due to the fear of more stuff being nicked. If you’re a family of 4 / a couple with two kids , you’re going to struggle with the family room.. my poor family were expected to stay a week all in the same room which consisted of a small double bed , one single and a crappy fold up bed which we had to beg for. They paid for 4 people and had to sleep like dogs next to eachother! Main resturant is chaos. My younger brother has special needs and it was impossible for him to be able to get food with the lack of systems meaning the hall was just rammed of people all trying to get served at once. As a brit, the hotel was not catered for us at all. no english music , all kids entertainment was german . In conclusion, we will not be returning.

I just cannot believe all the 4 & 5 star reviews. Must have low standards and aspirations for a holiday. Compared to last years holiday at libay fabaye was tent v luxury apartment. I addresed my issues with Jet2 who were extremely helpful and I received compensation. Please refer to my Nb on previous review of this hotel for detail.

Having read some negative reviews we arrived with some trepidation. On arrival at 01.00hrs our cases were immediately taken to our room as we were advised that the night restaurant was open for us to get something to eat. Reception staff very welcoming and courteous. Room was absolutely spotless with a huge double bed and air con. Bar staff served you with a smile and always polite. Housekeeping staff always on the go cleaning everywhere, can't fault them for a tireless job. Pool and beach area's immaculate, waiters tend to your every need. Yes the hotel is multi cultural but you take people as they are and who they are. Restaurant at meal times can be a bit manic but it does settle down and the chef's plate your food not yourself so less waste, the food itself was fantastic every one was well catered for from sushi to seafood and steak, we can't really fault the hotel, would we return ? Absolutely.....don't be put off by people who just live to complain instead of living!!!
