Nice and clean hotel in the city center

Это был наш завершающий поездку отель, приехали мы вечером и никак не могли найти подъезд к отелю… Оказалось- он под шлагбаумом, как и весь исторический цент Анталии. Машину пристроить стоило больших трудов, но с третьей попытки повезло, причем бесплатно. Но рассчитывать на это, как я понимаю, не стоит Отель сетевой и завтрак нас ждал в десяти минутах ходьбы, в кафе при таком же отеле Очень красивый, стильный номер, просторный, со множеством шкафов и тумбочек,что неожиданно при такой компактной застройке. На балконе в АС порадовала мушмула, которая как раз созрела. Немного более сложное подключение к вай-фаю, чем обычно в отелях. Поэтому у наших соседей- японцев были проблемы, с которыми пришлось справляться нам. Мы очень довольны проведенным вечером и тем, что следующий день до отъезда в аэропорт мы смогли побродить по Калеичи, и купить сувениры Спасибо большое!

Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr schönes Hotel und Zimmer.

Ubicación buena. El hotel es un poco antiguo aunque le han querido dar un lavado de cara con pintura y decoración. No tiene piscina pero puedes ir a la del otro hotel del mismo grupo. La limpieza un poco justa.

Economy room is very small comparing the hotel I stayed before but considering this hotel is in old city , it’s understandable.The staff was excellent and always helpful and very nice. Overall nice hotel, good location and has a good vibe, I definitely recommend.

The location is close to the sea and in the center of the old city and the staf was so nice

Comfortable convenient and impeccable cleanliness with balcony and fridge. The staff were particularly impressive and efficient.

Beware the description of this hotel as a Spa destination. Booked through ***********, we arrived in anticipation of a holiday that would be enjoyable. The bells rang the moment we saw the empty swimming pool. No reason given as to why this was and it remained empty for the duration of our 8 night stay. It might have been a little less inconvenient if the hotel had been in someway in the proximity of the beach it suggested, 550yds. It took at best 40mins to walk to, at a significantly fast pace, nearer an hour in most cases. Our board was for bed and breakfast, however we were challenged by staff regarding payment for the breakfast, eventually they renegged about this. Our room was advertised as a delux double, which simply meant 2 single beds pushed together, nothing more than a standard twin room, which I had seen advertised on another website for £125 less for the same stay. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO *********** REPEATEDLY SINCE OUR RETURN WITHOUT ANY REASONABLE RECOMPENSE. Repeated emails and phonecalls result in being told they will get back to you in 24hrs, at which point you are asked to submit your information again each time. A tactic obviously meant to eventually result in you giving up your challenges regarding price matching and compensation for such majorly impacting factors as the pool and non-proximity to the beach. Indeed, on my insistance of being put through to somebody in management who could deal with my request for meaningful compensation, there was never anyone available. Indeed, when I became very insistent on my last call about the situation and the poor customer service, which basically is being told repeatedly that they are 'so sorry to hear that', the operator disconnected my call. At no point did I become abusive or swear, just insistant. I have been given €25 , which I imagine is all anyone ever gets regardless. I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH *********** AGAIN. Their promises and customer service is fictional. HOLIDAY MAKERS BEWARE.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our trip to Antalya old town. We arrived at the hotel by car & was told there are two hotels, both owned by the same people. They parked our car & then we walked 10 minutes with cases to the other property. Our first room costing £100 we were offered had a bathroom outside the room, with no lock on door. We were then offered a free upgrade to room costing £125 with an en suite. Basic, but clean, but never worth the money without even breakfast included. Reception closed most of the time, lots of noise from adjacent bar from 12am-1am every day. The location of the hotel is good, but everything else is poor. Won’t be staying here again!
