Best Western Plus Khan Hotel

We arrived before the check in time but no one assisted us with our luggage to put it into the luggage room - its like self service. While there were 4 staff at the reception doing nothing, the lady just said "the luggage room is right there". We have a DND sign in our room but when we asked for a towel and bottled water when we came back from our tour - it took nearly 1 hour to have it delivered and I had to call them 3 times. The room is ok, a bit new, in Good location, nice pool but service is lacking. We dined at the restaurant and also ordered a dessert "mixed turkish dessert" but they just took 3 pieces at the buffet and put it in a small plate, no presentation and plating at all. We called and asked for a spoon for our ice cream but they said they cannot provide spoon, like really?

Central location. Very close to markets, stores and restaurants. Hotel workers are polite and speak decent English. Breakfast is pretty good but gets kina repetitive if you stay for 5+ days. The only semi-bad thing is an elevator - very slow.

Exceptional Stay! Highly Recommended. I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to main attractions and public transport, yet peaceful and quiet. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a fantastic view. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed ensured a great night's sleep. A special thanks to the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

The hotel amenities were amazing and excellent services from the team. The breakfast was great, they had so many varieties and healthy meals. The hotel is located in the main area so getting around was much easier. The pool was excellent. We really enjoyed our time and would like to vouch this place for family and friends. We really looking forward to booking this hotel again in the future.

Staff were very good and helpful especially Shamim, she greeted us nicely and was professional. Had a good experience at this hotel. Breakfast was very nice too.

We had reserved a room with a double bed, but instead we were given two single beds. The staff told us there were no rooms with double beds available. When you book a specific room type, you expect to receive what you paid for, but unfortunately that was not the case. The balcony also had no chairs, so it wasn’t possible to sit outside and enjoy it. Another major issue was the noise. The hallways were extremely loud, and we could hear doors slamming constantly throughout the day and night. We barely slept during our stay because every time a door slammed, it startled us awake. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the coffee was very poor. The highlight of our stay was the spa. The massage therapists were absolutely fantastic—by far the best massage we have ever had. They were incredibly skilled, professional, and made our spa experience truly exceptional.

Wanted an hotel in the center for treatments and a break. Great hotel for us, my daughter and I had a great week. The choice for buffet breakfast was amazing the staff were friendly and helpful.clean pool, towels provided, great shower, shower gel, shampoo,conditioner and hair dryer which saves packing space. The hotel booked our taxi back to the airport which was on time.Free air conditioning,fridge in room with daily stock of water. Kettle tea and coffee supplied. The only downfall was that the lifts where slow when called and limited plug sockets in our room, we always take and multi plug adapter and a light weight extension lead so wasn’t a problem for us. All in all a great place to stay if you want to be more in the centre rather than a beach holiday.

Breakfast was amazing and the hotel receptionist were lovely.
