Ulasan Star Palace

I liked the hotel. Located near the center, 10 minutes on foot or 2 by tram. On a quiet street. Very friendly staff, the room was free, we checked in an hour earlier. We printed out the boarding pass for the plane. The room is small, but very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need. The air conditioner works, hot water flows. There are comfortable chairs in the hall, boiled water and tea at any time.

Quite a good hotel but very small rooms. Ok for a couple of days though as the price is reasonable. No breakfast offered but plenty of food options nearby. When we checked in the fridge was not working but a replacement was found quickly. Aircon unit did not have a front flap so the cooled air fell on to you while in bed. Maintenance could be improved.

Paper thin walls- can hear people talking right through, broken shower doors and toilet which doesn’t flush along with many other things. The curtains are thin and bring in too much daylight when sleeping. Guest service at first upon check in was horrendous! No kettles in rooms have to go downstairs every time for hot water. The shower water temperature cannot be adjusted and the sink in bathroom de attached from wall with only cold water- in addition the light is so very dim can barefly see when showering. LED lights near headboard falling off and wires sticking out. Location wise it’s good but I wouldn’t stay more then a night or two..
