The front desk service is really good. I answered all my travel questions. There are also many barbecues and special snacks recommended by the front desk. They are really good, cheap and affordable. At least there are no mistakes. I asked a lot of people and patiently recommended them. They also helped us locate the location and how to take a taxi. The front desk like! ! The hotel is like new, and the facilities and equipment are very comfortable. The children especially like the delivery robot. Because it was a family trip, we booked a king-size room and a twin-bed room. After making a note, the hotel specially arranged two adjacent rooms. The hotel's front desk receptionists Xiao Zhou and Xiao Ya were enthusiastic in their service. The room was warm and spacious, clean and tidy. The hotel has a great location. The owner and the proprietress are very warm and enthusiastic. You can also hear the owner talking about guitar. The room is also full of happiness. I am sure I feel safe sleeping alone. The bed is very soft, the room is unique, exactly the same as the photo, and it is also very considerately equipped with a dryer. GGuest UserAbsolutely amazing. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling the world. Staying at all types of hotels. Mostly 5 star international hotels as I aged. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service are amazing. The VIP driver (didn’t get his name) amazing. Food recommendations amazing. Free laundry service. You guessed it, amazing. The rooms cleanliness and the hotels aethstetics well above par. Located walking distance to the waterfalls entrance, it is conveniently located. Not to mention a music and fountain light show across the street in the park with a beautiful view every night was an unexpected delight. So glad we found this gem. I usually don’t write reviews but this is well deserved and definitely is a 5 star stay!

The overall decoration style is literary and artistic, warm and refined, and the proper card is stuck in my aesthetics. Parking in the small courtyard is very convenient and the garden is super beautiful. GGuest UserEnvironment: It takes 40 to 50 minutes to get there by taxi from Anshun West (but when we returned to Guiyang, we used Didi to call a taxi for more than ten minutes but no driver took the order. The lady and the guy at the front desk called a taxi for us. The driver came to the door to pick us up in 20 minutes. We thought we were almost missing the train, but he took us to Anshun West in 30 minutes. When we entered the station, we found that the ticket checking had not started yet. It was really a car god!), Yueshan is worthy of its name, and there is a mountain opposite, which is very beautiful and shocking!
Facilities: This is the first Jianglu we stayed in. After all, there are not many Jianglu in the northern region. I feel that the hardware of the homestay is full of sincerity, Panasonic smart toilet, niche brand pink bath salt, and hair dryer as easy to use as Dyson. We don’t pursue luxury, but a comfortable, practical and quality life; the hotel room decoration is simple and practical, in line with the price, and it is very cost-effective in the off-season; the public area is divided into the front desk, restaurant, swimming pool and two viewing platforms: the swimming pool is outdoor and boundless and non-constant temperature. It is basically used as a background picture in the off-season, but the swing on the swimming pool is great. We had a lot of fun. At night, we played back two kinds of lamps (kerosene lamp style and night pearl style), which is very artistic. There is a plant in front of the viewing platform for boiling tea around the stove. When there are few clouds, you can see the sky full of stars. There is also a tea room on the viewing platform on the fourth floor, and the scenery is beautiful.
Hygiene: This aspect is a matter of opinion. We belong to the group that pays more attention to hygiene. There is no discomfort after a few days.
Service: The last aspect is the best aspect, which makes us very fond of the Jianglu brand! As soon as you enter the front desk, you will have a brewed fruit tea, which suits my taste very well. Because it is the off-season and not many people stay, there will be staff to take us to see the room and choose the room. After choosing the room, help us send the luggage to the room, and then introduce the facilities in the room, the facilities in the public area, the hotel activities, etc. The food in the restaurant is very very very very very very very very very very delicious! The hot pot and the single-order meals are very good. Desserts are given every time you eat. The sisters serving in the restaurant are very friendly, and there are no minefields in the dishes! The activity of brewing tea around the stove is also very good, so that people from all over the world can chat together, and everyone can find like-minded friends. There is a bedtime service every night: hot milk, eye mask and mouthwash. If you have any needs, you can tell the housekeeper on WeChat, and it will be met in time.
If there is anything that can be improved, first of all, I don’t know if the air conditioner should be cleaned. The heating effect and sound are slightly flawed, but it is not cold. It’s just that we northerners are used to heating and suddenly have to wear long sleeves indoors. It’s a bit uncomfortable. Secondly, the waterproof strip of the shower door is a bit old, it can’t be sealed, and there is little water splashing out. Finally, the butler service can actually create a WeChat group, which is more convenient if there are many family members traveling together.

Bailian Hotel has a good design style and pays attention to privacy protection. We had some requirements for the room type, and the manager also helped us upgrade the room type for free, which was very impressive! The room is very cost-effective, and the price during the May Day holiday is also quite suitable. I forgot something in the room after checking out, and they contacted me not long after checking out. Finally, I troubled the hotel to send it back to my home address.
