The location is super good & the staff are very polite, near to the train station & the transportation is convenient, the room is big and comfort, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, although facilities are old but it worth for the money I paid... happy staying!

The front desk service is really good. I answered all my travel questions. There are also many barbecues and special snacks recommended by the front desk. They are really good, cheap and affordable. At least there are no mistakes. I asked a lot of people and patiently recommended them. They also helped us locate the location and how to take a taxi. The front desk like! ! The hotel is like new, and the facilities and equipment are very comfortable. The children especially like the delivery robot. The sunset from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the family room is really beautiful. If you need anything in the room, they are always willing to help. Thumbs up! ! Highly recommended to stay! ! !

The lady at the front desk is very gentle. She will enthusiastically recommend and show you what to eat or where to go for fun. The other hotel staff are also very polite. The lobby is very bright as soon as you enter, the floor is quiet, the room is clean and tidy, there are really a lot of snacks in Anshun, and the hotel is very convenient in the city center. Recommend it to everyone!

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is within walking distance to the ancient city and Gufu Street. To go to Huangguoshu Dragon Palace, you can take a bus to the nearby distribution center, which is very convenient.
The front desk of the hotel was very nice and upgraded our room for us. The upgraded room is incomparably larger, the bedding is comfortable, the room is clean, the bath water pressure is high, and it is very comfortable to wash.
I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. There are noodles and noodles downstairs, which is very convenient. The lady who sells beef noodles is very nice and the noodles are delicious. A very happy trip to Anshun!

Room was clean but had a bit smoke smells. Would appreciate more if completely non-smoke. Front deck and all staffs were very accommodating. I was a frequent guest of the hotel in the past few years, but I haven't been here for a year. However, the front desk guest manager Miao Jiali still remembers the guests' names and check-in habits. This is really attentive service!
The most cost-effective hot spring hotel in the province, with a panda-themed parent-child room for just over 500 yuan on weekends, including three breakfasts. The biggest selling point is the unlimited hot spring experience during your stay. The room size and hardware facilities are also top-notch! There are not many people in the hot spring, but the service staff still serve every guest attentively!

GGuest UserThis is a homestay in Yunfengtun that hides ideals and worldly life. The atmosphere of the whole homestay is very warm and has local characteristics. There are simple medical items. The owner and the proprietress are very warm and enthusiastic. You can also hear the owner talking about guitar. The room is also full of happiness. I am sure I feel safe sleeping alone. The bed is very soft, the room is unique, exactly the same as the photo, and it is also very considerately equipped with a dryer. And the wonton made by the proprietress is delicious and has a lot of meat.

SShing runThe staff’s service is impeccable. As it is low season, they upgraded our room to the courtyard rooms and its lovely. They collected our dirty laundry, washed and sent it to our room for free. You can also request for complimentary feet soak. I tried to find wine late at night and while they dont have it, the staff sent me a glass of complimentary beer. Lots of smart features in the room and the breakfast is great. Location is right by Huangguoshu waterfalls entrance. Guests can also consider hoping over to nearby Bo Lian Hotspring for hotspring in the evening if theres nothing to do.

AAaron CedricThis hotel gives the guest a warm and personal touch. The best part of the hotel is that the owners are so friendly, treating the guests like family. On the first night I asked for a hot water bottle (热水袋) because I prefer to sleep with that rather than use the AC heating, and the ”mom” of the hotel went out of her way to find me one. On the last day when I was leaving early in the morning before the official breakfast time, she also made sure to give me a prepared breakfast so that I wouldn't be hungry on my day's journey. By the way, the normal breakfast of noodles/mixian is very tasty and nourishing with high quality ingredients. Anyways, the family that runs this hotel really want to make sure you have a comfortable stay, so they are always there to greet you and answer any questions and help you with whatever you need. Even when I asked for clues about where to find batik (蜡染) artists, they found me the phone number of batik artist in a nearby village. They are so eager to help guests squeeze the most out of all of Guizhou's wonders! In my case, as a foreigner and someone who doesn't speak Chinese too well, I found them very patient and helpful.
The rooms of the hotel are really elegant... simple, aesthetically pleasing design. The amenities are all comfortable: the bed mattress was a perfect balance of firm and soft, the shower had high pressure and hot water, etc. The wifi was strong and stable. I should point out that some of the hotel rooms only have a squat toilet, so if you need a seated toilet you should probably contact the hotel in advance to make sure that they have such a room for you before booking.
I should also point out the special location of this hotel. If you, like me, do not have a car and rely on didi or public transportation, then you should know that this hotel is quite a way into the countryside. In fact, on the road to the hotel, the taxi driver asked me, ”Why would you stay in such a remote hotel when there are good hotels in downtown Anshun?” Well, one of the reasons is because I do prefer personal hotels rather than corporate hotels. But also because my primary goal for my stay in Anshun was to see the old garrison villages (屯堡) in the area, not to see other sites like the famous waterfalls. If your goal is to see the old villages, then I think this is the perfect hotel for you. For one reason, one of the original garrison villages is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It's little-visited by tourists and so you'll have the whole place to yourself and get really great photographs. That village (called BenZhai [本寨]) is of great historical importance and is very photogenic, and it's so neat to live so close to it. There's another even bigger and more commercialized (and absolutely beautiful) garrison village, also within walking distance (15-20 minutes by walking), called YunShanTun (云山屯). You're also not too far from the most famous villages, namely JiuZhou and Tianlong. Those are at least an hour by walking, so you'll want to get a car. I found it to be nearly impossible to get a Didi driver to accept such rides in this countryside area, but the good news is that the hotel manager found a friendly guy from the village to drive me to those villages and also later to the airport, for the same prices that Didi predicted it would charge. If you do have your own car, then I don't think you have to worry about anything, as this villages in near the highway and thus you can readily access any of the sites of interest in Anshun from this hotel.
Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with warm and human experiences that is near to the places of great historical interest, this is the right hotel for you!

SSmit_94Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! --yingshaozhuFinally I have time to post this hotel. I actually stayed in late August, but I haven't had time to comment. The main attraction I want to visit when I go to Anshun is Huangguoshu, and Bailian is a national luxury hotel that I have never stayed in, so I stayed here when I went to Huangguoshu. The actual experience is indeed very unique.
A staff member will add WeChat and confirm the information one day in advance, and then confirm the time, and help prepare tickets for Huangguoshu Scenic Area. (Each room in the hotel should be given 2 free tickets)
The hotel has airport (station) pick-up and drop-off services, but only Anshun Airport and Anshun West Station, and other places in the city should not be possible. Of course, if you plan to play in Anshun city for two days before going there, and want to use this pick-up service, the solution is to make an appointment and go to the station by yourself. Mercedes-Benz v business car for pick-up and Buick business car for drop-off. Then there are very exquisite snacks prepared in the car, which should be praised.
The main public areas of the hotel are concentrated in two independent buildings, the lobby and restaurant are here, and the tea room hot spring (including gym and swimming pool) is next door. When I arrived at the hotel, a staff member came to deliver an ice towel and a necklace immediately. This is still very good, the standard is high enough.
The service at the front desk is a little worse. It feels like the service standard is set very high but the standard is not fully implemented. Basically, I checked in and took the car to the room. I gave a brief introduction, but I feel that most guests would not remember it. Then when I checked out the next day, I found that several guests were arguing at the front desk. They probably waited for a long time but could not check in. The scene was a little chaotic. It felt that there might be a slight shortage of staff during the peak season. But except for the lobby, the overall service standard is still very high.

They were upgraded (I am not sure if the non-suite room was upgraded) to a lake view soup room suite and a lake view soup room. These two rooms are connected rooms, so the staff opened the connecting door. Chinese style decoration style, the suite area is OK, the ordinary one is slightly smaller, but it doesn't matter because it is connected. Snacks were delivered when turning down the bed, rose candles were prepared for the hot spring, and drinks in the minibar were free. We ordered night tea that night, the view was unbeatable, but the snacks were average. The night tea was not in the hotel but in a separate tea room, with a car to pick up, which I think is worth the experience.
There are some fixed batik-like activities every day, and the package includes afternoon tea and travel photography. The afternoon tea was similar to the night tea the night before, which was average. The travel photography was very watery, and they really only took 6 photos instead of taking more photos to choose good-looking ones. The scenery was also relatively poor, but it was better than nothing.
The food and beverage aspect was okay, the breakfast was average, and then I missed the dinner time so I only had a simple meal, the quality was good, especially the pickled pepper rice noodles, which tasted great.
Overall it is worth a try, preferably in the off-season, stay a few more days, experience various activities, it is still very good. But the price is really high

GGuest UserSelf-driving is the first choice, there are many scenery that tourists can't see or go to. The Huangguoshu Scenic Area is just outside the balcony. The hotel has a restaurant, but we rented a car and chose to drive out to eat. We just need to enter the license plate number in advance and show the room card. The fast track is very convenient and not far from the tourist bus station.

LLiuziruixianshengThe hotel is very close to the Huangguoshu Ticket Center and the bus stop! We checked in on the afternoon of May 4th. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. One of the little sisters smiled very sweetly and was very polite! The hotel has a business car that can pick up and send to the ticket center at any time, and the driver's service attitude is also very good! The room is clean and hygienic, and the hotel TV also unlocks a lot of paid movies and TV series, which is a very good experience! I thought the hotel was a private hotel, but later I saw that the brand seemed to be a member of the Guizhou Hotel Group, and it was also an excellent supplier of Ctrip! The hotel reduced its price during the May Day holiday, and Ctrip quickly communicated with the hotel and checked in at a low price. I have always trusted Ctrip's service!

They answered them patiently and thoughtfully one by one, which saved us time when visiting the scenic spot. The hotel's breakfast is also very good, with a wide variety and tastes great!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location - there are bus stops directly outside, which makes getting to/ from the bus station and high-speed train station quite convenient. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk to Hongshan lake. There are lots of little shops in the neighborhood, and a few street food stalls up towards the lake. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful; one very patient member of staff spent a long time helping me find information about Huangguoshu falls, and gave useful advice about getting the bus there. The room is spacious and very clean. It even has a cubicle for the shower. Very good value for money.
