在攜程上看了好長時間這一家了，這次來説説住店體驗。
環境：酒店位於萬熹廣場B座27樓，也是這座大廈的頂樓，在B座南電梯這個門（圖1）進去就可以，然後坐電梯到27樓就行了，有兩部電梯，等待時間不算太長。同時由於是頂樓，所以視野很好，能看到很好的風景，而且房間隔音效果也還可以。同時有一個小建議，就是酒店的招牌可以弄的更清晰一些，比如可以放在大門的邊上，這樣看着能夠更明瞭一些。
衞生：由於好奇，這是我第一次入住電競酒店。之前在網上看，都説電競酒店的衞生不行。不過這家的衞生還是給我了以驚喜。我所住的房間是2708房間，衞生很不錯。衹是下午剛剛入住的時候，衞生間有點兒悶悶的味道，不過到晚上的時候就沒有了。天花板和牆角的個別處有些許破損，但不影響大局。
設施：這家更偏向於民宿風格（攜程上也是這個定位），開門是用鑰匙開，而不是房卡的形式，這點還是比較傳統的，房間內部有免費的礦泉水，空調和電視也都很好用，熱水也很給力，同時毛巾、吹風機、洗頭膏和沐浴露也是一應俱全。房間內部的衣櫃也是很大。重頭戲——電腦，也非常令人滿意。電競椅坐着很舒服，電腦屏幕大、成像效果好，而且反應靈敏，可玩的遊戲也很多，即能玩網頁小遊戲，也能玩一些大型的遊戲，這給了我們更多的選擇。
服務：辦理入住的房間在2722。我之前預訂的是單人電競房，但昨天沒有對應的房間了，工作人員免費為我升級到了情侶電競雙排房，而且辦理入住的速度很快、效率很高。交了100元按金，在第二天退房的時候也是第一時間返還了。
總體來説，這次入住體驗超出了預期。這家電競房的價格應該算是相對很便宜的了，但是質量卻沒有因此降低，所以説性價比還是很高的，下次如果有機會再住電競房，還是會優先考慮這家的，大家可以放心前來體驗～

JJinzhougongjiaoaihaozhe2024年的最後一天，和兩位室友一起在外跨年，選擇了好久酒店。站前附近的酒店瘋狂漲價，最後我們鬧中取靜，入住了價格相對平穩的、位於立山廣場的如家酒店。現在來針對我們入住的301房間（套房）做一下整體評價。
服務：這次的服務可以給到滿分。辦理入住時，前台工作效率高，能夠準確無誤地完成入住工作。同時，由於我們是三個人入住，所以前台主動詢問我們需要幾張房卡，又主動詢問我們是否需要購買早餐。晚上的時候，房間裏的水都喝完了，和前台溝通後，又免費給了幾瓶。可以説，這次在服務方面做的都很好，希望酒店能夠把這一優勢繼續保持下去。
環境：酒店的地理位置相對優越，位於立山區繁華路段，距離大悦城僅一步之遙，公交線路也比較多。大堂明亮整潔，房間佈局較為合理。但有一個問題，那就是房間在晚上時會顯得有些昏暗，因為客廳（算上床頭燈和枱燈）總共有六個燈，但只有枱燈的亮度還尚可，其他的燈都比較暗，導致晚上在房間裏看電視和手機的時候眼睛會疼。這在一定程度上影響了本次入住對於環境方面的評分。
衞生：我們入住的301房間，內部整體乾淨整潔，沒有發現明顯的問題，在衞生這方面還是比較放心和滿意的。但還是有兩處小失分點。第一點，301房間的電話表面有明顯的污漬（圖14）。第二點，房間內部有個迷你小冰箱（圖7），這絕對是同價位酒店裡麪的亮點，但是這個小冰箱在打開之後，發現了太多的很明顯的印子（圖15）。由於這兩點對於入住的影響並不是很大，所以這倆加一起就扣0.5分吧，但還是希望酒店在衞生的細節方面多注意一些。
設施：本次入住，個人認為問題最多的、最需要加強的，就是設施方面。先説一下亮點的部分。
第一點，剛才在對於衞生的評價裏也提到了，那就是301套房內部有迷你小冰箱，這是之前住的那麼多同價位酒店裡麪少有的配置，這點感覺很驚喜。第二點，房間內部有兩件浴袍（圖3），這也是我之前住的那麼多同價位酒店裡麪第一個有浴袍的。
第三點，房間內部配備了咖啡和茶葉以及用來調味的白砂糖（圖4），印象中我住的那些同價位的酒店裡，很少有配備這個的。
以上是三個值得點讚的亮點，之後就是一些細節上的問題了。
首先，我們的房間是套房，有兩張床，但是床頭只有一個插口（圖9），個人建議可以弄成兩個插口，這樣的話充電可以方便一些。
其次，衞生間的水槽裏有比較明顯的劃痕（圖8）。
再次，屋頂的牆紙有一處明顯的開膠（圖11），牆皮也發現了一處明顯的脱落（圖12）。
第四，301房間衞生間裝浴巾櫃子的櫃門有破損（視頻1）。
第五，301房間衞生間的馬桶蓋有明顯鬆動（視頻2）。
第六，衞生間水龍頭的把手有明顯的鬆動（視頻3）。同時，衞生間的天花板也不結實（視頻3），很明顯沒有用熱熔膠固定住。
第七，301房間電視旁邊的電線很明顯是後修復的，綠色的線看起來不美觀。同時，裝電線的小盒子也有破損，電線露出來了（圖10）。
第八，我們住的301房間，隔壁就是安全出口的門，但是這個門是直接能通到酒店之外的，而且一推就能開（圖13）。不知道這樣的話，酒店外部的無關人員是否能趁機而入，包括會不會有蟲子爬進來，總感覺有一定的安全隱患。
第九，301房間的電話沒有辦法正常撥打，試了好幾次，都沒有任何聲音。請酒店及時對301房間的電話進行故障排查，不能讓電話成為形同虛設的設施啊。
第十，房間內部有兩個暖氣，但是温度非常低，摸起來衹能感到非常微弱的温度，取暖效果不明顯。寒冬到了，希望酒店能夠排查一下暖氣温度不高的原因，給我們更好的入住體驗。
第十一，就是上面在環境方面提到的燈光的問題，晚上的時候實在是有些暗，不知道是否可以適當提高燈光的亮度。
第十二，301房間粘在窗户上的遮風布出現了部分脱落的情況，建議及時修復（圖16）。
整體來説，這次入住，大體的體驗還是非常不錯的。最主要的是，在酒店供不應求的跨年夜，立山廣場的如家酒店能夠保證房源，同時價格的漲幅也不大。三個人住的套房，一晚上還不到200元。可以説，性價比還是很高的。但這次入住時出現的一些小問題，還是希望酒店方能夠多加重視一下。真的，大問題沒有，但是細節有的時候真的很重要。如果下次還有機會住在這裏，希望到時候能夠看到一個更好的如家酒店。最後，感謝如家酒店陪伴我度過跨年夜，給我留下了難以忘懷的印象和記憶！

JJinzhougongjiaoaihaozheHygiene: The hygienic conditions of this hotel should be the best among all the hotels I have stayed in during this period. In some hotels I stayed in before, I could see some dust, hair and the like, but this time I stayed at Jasmine House, there was no such problem. Overall, it was very clean. I must praise the staff responsible for cleaning the rooms.
Environment: The hotel is located in the bustling area of Anshan City Center, with a superior geographical location. Next to it are Dashang Xinmart and Shengli Square. At the same time, there are many bus routes around, which is very convenient for travel. The environment inside the room is also very good. As I said just now, the hygiene is very reassuring, so the environment will naturally not be too bad.
Facilities: There are two elevators to go upstairs. You need to swipe the elevator card to go upstairs. This is still trustworthy, at least there is more security. Although the room is not big, it is less than 20 square meters on Ctrip, but it can be said that ”small but complete”, the facilities that should be in the room (including desks, wardrobes, and disposable items for washing) are all there, so the experience is still good. But I personally think there are still two small problems with the facilities in the room. The first is that the TV in the room is a bit small, and the image does not seem to be particularly clear. I hope it can be improved; the second is that the air conditioner in the room I stayed in does not seem to have cold air. Although the room is very warm and not cold at all, it still feels very hot when I first enter. The air conditioner has been debugged for a long time and there is no cold air. This may be improved, so that the experience will be better.
Service: The front desk is on the 8th floor. The efficiency of check-in and check-out is very high. The 100 yuan deposit paid at check-in was returned to the original route as soon as possible when checking out. It is still very reassuring. But there is one more thing to mention, that is, when I booked on Ctrip, I used points to redeem the rights to upgrade the room type. I booked a selected king-size bed room, and the normal upgrade should be to a selected king-size bed room. I saw on Ctrip that the Premium King Room has a mountain view, but from the window of my room, I could see ”high-rise buildings” but no mountain. Also, when I checked in, the front desk did not explain whether the room type was upgraded for me, so it was somewhat suspicious. I hope that next time they can explain whether the room type was upgraded and what the upgraded room type was, so that everyone can be more assured.
During the New Year's Day holiday, when hotels were all raising prices crazily, it was okay to find such a hotel in the city center at this price (114 yuan per night). Although this hotel has also increased in price, it still has a good value for money, and I hope the hotel can continue to maintain it. At the same time, the service details should be strengthened.
