I came here again during the summer vacation to stay with friends, and I was not disappointed. The front desk took the initiative to upgrade our room every time. The hotel environment is very good, and the restaurant can serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is very affordable. The only drawback is that the disposable bath cover for the hot spring bath in the room is a bit expensive at 20 yuan, 5-10 yuan is enough.

The environment of this hotel is simply amazing! From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the carefully designed elegance and comfort. Very good, the view is really good if you live higher up, the road is not too noisy at night, some questions were answered by the hotel staff very patiently, someone answered when I asked for the WIFI password late at night, it was quite comfortable, looking at the hot weather outside in the air-conditioned room during the day.

The parent-child tatami room I booked has a big bed and an upper bunk. As soon as I entered the door, the children were all ”wow” and had a lot of fun. However, as a parent-child room, many details were not done well: 1. The slope of the slide in the room is unreasonable, it is very steep and there is no buffer. Every time I slide down, I will hit my butt. I tried it myself. The impact was very strong when I landed. I felt that my waist was going to break. I dare not go a second time. 2. Because it is a tatami, it is not easy to clean. There is some dust and hair left, but it is within an acceptable range. 3. The most fatal point is that I can't accept it anyway. This hotel has no running water! ! ! The faucet is full of hot spring water, which is very hot! ! My daughter is two and a half years old. She was scalded to tears, but there was no way. After the foam was finished, I found that there was no cold water. I could only let her cry and wash. I tried it myself. It was really hot. Adults can still bear it, but children can forget it, especially babies with eczema. 4. Because there is no running water, I am not sure whether the hot spring water is drinkable. I boiled a pot to scald the bottle, but after it dried, the bottle was covered with a thick layer of white water stains. I dare not use it for my baby. 5. The hot spring is on the mountain, and leaves, various dust and debris can easily fall into the pool. It is flowing water, but it is not like other hotels that empty and change the water every few hours. The water looks a bit dirty. In general, this hotel is suitable for adults and couples, with various barbecues, sweat steaming, and some Internet celebrity facilities, but it is not suitable for children. I will not come here with children next time

I am very careful every time I review, and this time I am also very cautious. I gave you five points because of your environment and the arrangement of cross-bridge rice noodles in addition to breakfast. But your service is really like the previous state-owned enterprises. I don’t feel the sense of experience or enthusiasm. Every question is answered bluntly. Every staff member I meet feels that they don’t pay attention to other things at work. ! Maybe you are tired of this job, but I think companies should eliminate the system! !

Both this hotel and the surrounding area are amazing! We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and enjoyed the wonderful views and amenities offered. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The service and staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is located in a very beautiful and calm suburb community, and a short walk from where you stay is the clubhouse, where is a restaurant with amazing views, the fitness room, and pool (check if your room includes the pool pass, otherwise you need to pay for it). We would absolutely stay here again!

The room looks very ordinary at first glance, but the decoration materials have texture, solid wood, carpet, floor sensor lights, granite bathroom, with scale adjustment water temperature shower, lighting, ceiling is refined..., service is also very good, very good! The breakfast is very good, rich and nutritious on the 27th floor, the view is superb. Small problem: the TV remote control is broken, the shower square shower cannot be used (the small shower can be used, but there is no high hanging point), it is worth coming again
