Lakeview Hotel Yulongwan Kunming

I have chose a very nice with excellent service especially the manager and all the elite teams of the hotel that all of my family members were joyful with no complaints for staying here. Worth to introduce all here who are planing visit in Kunming.

Hello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

Hotel is beautiful and very new. Amenities are incredible. Some of the staff is a bit inexperienced. Breakfast was good but dinner was absolutely amazing!!

非常適合親子出行的酒店，床帷，小童洗護用品，小童牙刷牙膏一應俱全且酒店還貼心的準備了薇諾娜的護膚套裝大人的體驗也照顧周全。另外游泳池及小童游泳池水質非常不錯，住過的酒店也非常多，衹有這家完全可以用清澈見底來描述。住了三天，兩晚都看見酒店水質自檢，所以第一次在公用泳池那麼放心。環境也非常不錯，開窗就是湖景，晚上把娃哄睡，點上燒烤和酒，伴隨星光點點的湖面也是難得的浪漫。
