The hotel environment is very good, and the restaurant can serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is very affordable. The only drawback is that the disposable bath cover for the hot spring bath in the room is a bit expensive at 20 yuan, 5-10 yuan is enough.

Room facilities: 1. The room is old after such a long time of opening, including but not limited to the wallpaper in the room is warped, the baseboards are falling off, the wood surface is moldy, and the floor between the bed is moldy; 2. The air filter of the air conditioner in the room is all warped, and it is still cold when sleeping without heating; 3. The sound insulation is very poor, whether it is the water pipes or the noise next door, you can hear it. Service: 1. Everyone I meet will take the initiative to smile and say hello, the hot spring staff and security brothers are very good; 2. It is not very friendly not to ask about the room needs when checking in.

Every time I slide down, I will hit my butt. I tried it myself. The impact was very strong when I landed. I felt that my waist was going to break. I dare not go a second time. 2. Because it is a tatami, it is not easy to clean. There is some dust and hair left, but it is within an acceptable range. 3. The most fatal point is that I can't accept it anyway. This hotel has no running water! ! ! The faucet is full of hot spring water, which is very hot! ! My daughter is two and a half years old. She was scalded to tears, but there was no way. After the foam was finished, I found that there was no cold water. I could only let her cry and wash. I tried it myself. It was really hot. Adults can still bear it, but children can forget it, especially babies with eczema. 4. Because there is no running water, I am not sure whether the hot spring water is drinkable. I boiled a pot to scald the bottle, but after it dried, the bottle was covered with a thick layer of white water stains. I dare not use it for my baby. 5. The hot spring is on the mountain, and leaves, various dust and debris can easily fall into the pool. It is flowing water, but it is not like other hotels that empty and change the water every few hours. The water looks a bit dirty. In general, this hotel is suitable for adults and couples, with various barbecues, sweat steaming, and some Internet celebrity facilities, but it is not suitable for children. I will not come here with children next time

Hello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. We booked this hotel coz my kid got attracted by the swimming pool pictures but unfortunately, they are just pictures ... In reality it's just a decoration, not for swimming , you aren't allowed to use it ... Which made her very disappointed and destroyed her plans. Anyway , room is big enough , clean , has whatever you need ( just you gotta wake up with first light coz it doesn't have blackout curtains) Receptionists are super kind and helpful . Location is ok , not many things around so you can enjoy the quietness. Breastfast is sooo simple, noodles, egg and Baoza in a very very very small room ( can't be called restaurant) but it's ok. My very humbe suggestions to them 1- delete these pictures of the swimming pool from your app and never ever mention you guys have outdoor swimming pool coz it's a lie 2- add blackout curtain to rooms 3- add Coffee to breakfast Best wishes
