Ulasan Hôtel Mercure Annecy Centre

Good design boutique hotel with very great service.. thank for the nice receptionist that offer us late checkout. Hotel lobby is nicely design and can stay and do some work. Room is abit small but good enough. Design of the room is great and lovely.

美居酒店位置很好，離火車站大概就是四五百米的樣子。離老城區走個5分鐘很近，離教堂兩分鐘的路程。酒店不能住特別多人現在是兩個人一間房。房間設施還是不錯的，比較滿意。

攜程下的訂單，含早餐，以及午餐晚餐二選一，到了酒店，前台告知並沒有午餐晚餐，早餐需要付費19歐。後跟攜程後台聯繫，説代理沒有及時更新消息，經過溝通，攜程退回部分房價，很無奈的選擇。為攜程後台工作人員點贊，這種冷門城市難免會有這樣那樣的尷尬。酒店是經濟型連鎖酒店，並非四星，處於市中心，周邊配套齊全，別以旅遊度假的心態去入住，純商務出行。

攜程掛牌四星，其實就是快捷經濟型酒店，動漫電影節房價翻倍，湊合幾晚，沒辦法。

酒店位置優越，距離火車站和老城均近在咫尺，非常便捷，服務簡潔方便，空調水壓都很不錯，如果有面街窗就更好了！

Das Zimmer war höchstens 9qm und so stinkig eifach eine Katastrophe, och weiss beim bestens Willen nich wo dieses Hotel die 4 Sterne her nimmt. Auch das Morgenessen war einfch nur 1 Sterne würdig. Ich werde niemals mehr in dieses Hotel gehen.

The Mercure Chain is a garantee that there are no surprises. But this hotel is worth notice. It's only two blocks from the Lake on one side and two blocks from the historic "vieille ville" on the other side. The rooms are small but the hotel was renovated recently. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. Please note that it is impossible to park in Annecy. But the parking was not a problem at all. You can unload in front of the hotel and park there for up to an hour +. And then put the car in a parking garage only 2 blocks away ( left at the corner and then right on rue de la poste). The hotel will pay for the overnight part of your parking bill from 7 PM until 8 AM. They give you a "contremarque". First, you put your parking ticket/receipt in the machine and then the hotel ticket/"contremarque" and you pay the difference. Also , as is the cas at all Mercure Hotels, if you are over 55 you only pay for 1 buffet breakfast, the other is on the house. This hotel does not have a restaurant but you are very close to those in the vieille ville or to those just 100 meters away in the courtyard of Cour du Pre Carre. We liked "Ah' La Belle excuse"

We chose the Mercure after reading the other reviews on this website. After arriving there, we thought we must have the wrong hotel. But after double checking, there is only one Mercure in central Annecy. The room was terrible! I will not go into all of the details, in deference to the management there, who told us they would undergo renovations next year After finding a better hotel in the city ( we checked out over 10, and the Mercure was the worst ), we were told we could not cancel our room, and had to pay the night. After speaking at length with the manager, we were told we would be compensated for our inconvenience. He was true to his word, but the small compensation did not make up for the bad room. The location was excellent, and the staff polite enough, but I would not recommend staying there until the renovations are complete.

We stayed for a night at this hotel during a visit of the region. I read from the other comments that it had been refurbushed. I have no idea how it was before but it is now really a nice and cosy hotel, with a kind of "new" feel about all the decor and furniture. It is also very clean which we much appreciated. We took a package night with breakfast and wifi included and that all worked out well. The hotel is very well located if you intend to go for a stroll in the city centre and by the lake, which was our case. There is quite a lot of parking spaces outside the hotel but anyway they offer you a voucher for a free night in a nearby underground carpark should you feel the need (you only need to pay the hours after 7h30am or something like that). This is actually quite a considerable good point yet was not advertised anywhere. Anyway that was a good surprise for us. The only downfall would have been the breakfast room which really looks small and where we thought we would feel quite claustrophobic. Instead we opted for the bkfast to be delivered in our room. This was done at no extra cost by the hotel, and took place perfectly on time. We were really pleasantly surprised with the quality of that breakfast with nice fresh bread and croissants, and plenty of various jams to go with it. Honestly, I could not fault this hotel, apart from the lift being tiny and a bit violent when it stops, but I can really happily live with that...

A standard, clean, business-type hotel. We stayed in Annecy for a long weekend of trekking/eating, and got what we came for! Stunning scenary around lake Annecy and excellent local food! Highly recommended for eating/outdoor enthusiasts.

This review is for the Mercure CENTRE. The hotel has been totally refurbished and modernised. Clean modern rooms with flat-screen tv, and 'wet-room' shower. Staff helpful, breakfast extra (plenty available in local cafes). In busy pedestrianised street, but not particularly noisy. Parking in local underground carpark - discount ticket from hotel, but check on complicated rules! 1 very small and slow lift!
