Very modern hotel, our room in the 17th floor had an amazing view, the rooftop restaurant with is breathtaking views of the city was quite nice with a choice of Italian dishes and delicious Algerian wine. Breakfast was good, but unfortunately in the restaurant on the first floor with limited view, but with a varied selection of food and freshly prepared egg dishes.

Emplacement parfait en plein centre ville
Un +++ pour le petit dej juste exceptionnel varié et énormément de choix idem pour le dîner

After five years away, returning to the vibrant city of Annaba was a heartfelt experience, made even more special by my stay at the Sheraton Annaba. From the moment I arrived, the hotel exceeded all expectations, offering the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The design of the hotel is modern yet inviting, with every corner radiating sophistication. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, offering breathtaking views of the city and the Mediterranean coastline. It felt like a true oasis of relaxation. The staff were exceptional – warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring my stay was flawless. Every interaction was met with professionalism and a smile, making me feel truly welcomed. The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of delicious dishes showcasing both local and international flavors. The breakfast spread, in particular, was a highlight, setting the perfect tone for the day. Beyond the hotel, being back in Annaba was a joy. The city’s charm, rich culture, and stunning scenery were as captivating as I remembered. The Sheraton Annaba provided the ideal base to rediscover this wonderful place. This stay was nothing short of amazing, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend the Sheraton Annaba for anyone visiting this gem of a city. I spent a couple of days over there the room was spacious and clean the staff very friendly and helpful the food was fresh and the location is great not far away from the downtown I really recommend the hotel. Hope that everything will keep up good luck

Initially there was an issue with our bottle of pastis which was against hotel rules after I pointed out that it is not written anywhere on their website this was resolved amicably. The staff were welcoming and very helpful a big shoutout for Rachida who spoke perfect English and coped with my Scottish accent. She is a star and I hope she is appreciated by her employers. Room was perfect with a large comfortable bed and clean crisp cotton sheets. Great walk in shower “Italian Shower”. Aircon worked perfectly and was easily adjusted to my liking.

To say that it is the best hotel in Africa and Algeria, I would also like to thank the receptionist "Bilal" for the good treatment and the constant smile with customers, especially my friends from outside Algeria.

Very deeply disappointed by this Hotel. The only thing that ties it to the Sheraton chain is the name! Absolute worst case of mismanagement that I have seen in Algeria. I do not know the standards by which they hired the staff, but they are in no way familiar with the basics of hospitality and accommodating the guests. The receptionist Amira is rude, impolite, unprofessional, and inefficient, she did not allow me to check in early, although I had requested it and sent them my arrival time days in advance. She refused to help although she could. Her colleague Sabri on the other hand was very polite and he helped me check in early without any fuss. The staff rang to my room at 2 AM because they forgot to check my card details. Instead of emailing me or leaving me a notice, or calling for details, they chose to deactivate my key, so I went all the way up to my room only to come back again. The buffet was below average, I’ve stayed at 3-star hotels that offered a wider variety. The rooms are not sound proof. On my first night there was an event at the hotel, and I heard loud music very late at night and could not sleep. My advice to any shareholders, change the manager, change the staff, or educate them! My advice to potential guests, you’ll find other better hotels, this is a big fiasco.

Modern design for a hotel whose air conditioning does not work. The room was hot so we had to open the window (luckily we could). There was no hair dryer in the room nor would any front desk staff bring one to us. I had to ask for an extra pillow multiple times from the front desk. The hotel does not accept major USA credit cards. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and it was as if the staff had no training or experience in serving breakfast. They were clueless in providing simple tea. It was embarrassing for a Marriott Sheraton and in an ultra modern hotel. There were no managers on duty. Would I stay here again? Never. Would I recommend it to others? Never.

I already stayed at this hotel about 5years ago when it was simply outsanding. Since then the reservations and reception services are not as good. A request to correct a mistake in booking dates was made 3 times and ignored 3 times. Fortunately an excellent competent receptionist ( named Nabil I think) managed to make the correction in next to no time. Thanks Nabil! The 2 different rooms I occupied during my 2 recent stays had some small maintenance problems. For example in one room the curtains were only partially hooked on the rails. I hope that the hotel manager will succeed in resolving the maintenance issue to save the hotel from decline. In conclusion still a very good hotel but room for improvement.
