Anamiva, Goa - AM Hotel Kollection

I booked the suite at this hotel for a 5-day honeymoon in Goa, and it turned out to be the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this place was falling apart. The suite had broken taps, non-functional lights, and the TV didn’t work. I couldn’t believe that a hotel of this supposed standard would allow such basic issues to persist. To make matters worse, the staff was completely untrained and unhelpful. It was impossible to get any assistance, and they seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The hotel has a nightclub attached to it, and it stays open until at least 3 AM. The pounding music and blinding lights were unbearable. There’s no chance of getting a good night’s sleep here—at least not until the club finally shuts down for the night. Parking was another nightmare. There’s clearly no parking at the hotel, so we had to scramble every time we needed to park. It felt like the hotel just didn’t care about the convenience of its guests. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. There’s a Lemon Tree hotel just 200 meters away that seems like a far better option, and honestly, I wish we had booked there instead. To top it all off, the hotel leases its restaurant and spa to third-party vendors, so you’re not even getting the full service you’re paying for. For anyone considering this hotel, please save yourself the stress and book elsewhere. This place was a huge letdown, and I certainly won’t be returning.

Staff is clueless ,very ordinary breakfast ,roadside car parking on a very busy road.noisy nightclub next door .wasn't worth it ,although the location was good but very ordinary in terms of stay . Wouldn't stay here or recommend it to anyone .

Visited the place last week, definitely the best place in Goa. Each corner of the hotel looks like a piece of art. From the hospitality aspect to the interiors everything is perfect and worth visiting.

Anamiva a hidden gem discovered by my husband. He had stayed here last year with his friends and surprised me with the holiday. I just loved everything about this hotel.The decor ,the vibe ,and to top it all the staff. The staff here are so attentive and do the small things that matter the most . The coffee is the best I have had in my life a must try. I was addicted to the Vietnamese coffee. Sudha and her team thank you for the all love and attention. Will be back soon.

I booked a stay at this hotel last November for March this year. Cancelled well in advance, and they promised me a full refund of my deposit. Have not received two months after cancelling and they are now ignoring my emails and calls. Very disappointing, have been scammed. Be warned all.

This is a gem hidden in the lanes of Goa. Though not a beach hotel, its a really great boutique place to stay. Just a few mins from Baga & Anjuna. The room service is great & so is the food. Their breakfast could have a little more variety but all in all its a good buffet breakfast. Rooms are large, bathrooms are great with all the necessary toiletries & even a hair dryer. They have a great coffee shop ***** with loads of books & games. Its a wonderful hotel to stay with the family
