We stayed for several nights and we loved it. Room was very clean, hotel provided all the required stuff for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was very delicious and they have a wide range of dishes to choose from. Frontdesk staff is very helpful and polite, they answered all my questions patiently (as i am a foreigner, there are a lot of questions) and also they met us with a smile on their faces. I would definitely recommend this hotel đ

It was very smooth to arrive at the hotel and check in directly. The overall decoration of the hotel is Chinese style. The exterior walls of the hotel are brick walls, doors and windows and furniture are all original mahogany color. The whole business district has a strong cultural atmosphere. The attitude of the service staff is very good, and the experience is very good.

The second time I stayed, it was still the light luxury room. It was very close to Kyushu. It was very convenient to save a delivery fee. The room was very light. You can have a meal in the room. A hotel with a high cost performance. I didnât have much hope when I booked it. I felt clean and tidy. I didnât expect the stay to be very good. The environment is elegant. AalwayflyingA family of four stayed at Ke Player for two nights and felt very good. The two-story villa has tasteful decoration and objects. It was so comfortable to soak in the private hot spring in the hot spring pool and look up at the stars at night. In the morning, I took the children to climb the back mountain. It felt like we had booked the whole mountain. No one disturbed us during the Spring Festival and we didnât have to squeeze in. It felt like a real vacation! The afternoon tea and candlelight dinner included were also very good. The two dinners were different. Although the breakfast was not much, it was still very exquisite. The semi-self-service form was not wasteful. Some snacks for breakfast and afternoon tea were from Sam's Club, and the quality was quite guaranteed. However, the breakfast was the same for two days, which was a bit monotonous. It would be better if it could be a little different. I especially want to praise Ke Player's service. Everyone is very professional, enthusiastic but measured, and responsive. The housekeeper Wang Chang is handsome, cute and enthusiastic. My two children have stayed in many high-end hotels and have certain requirements for hotels, but they have unanimous praise for Ke Player and asked to stay again in summer, haha! We went to the nearby Bamboo Expo Park, watched the giant pandas and the water shadow show, and fed the cute pets. The Bamboo Expo Park is worth a visit.

The cloud mansion, which is almost full, has been collected for a while, and it is difficult to find a rear room. Beautiful scenery along the way, infinite bamboo forest scenery. Really refreshing. As soon as I arrived, the little brother came out to pick me up, and valet parking (thinking that the service is only available in five-star hotels). For me, who has no blind goals and can travel as soon as I say go, this is a real treasure. It gave me good travel advice. In the afternoon, I went to a nearby deep stream for rafting. More importantly, the Chinese food and Western noodles here are very delicious. The french fries here are not powdered, they are freshly fried. Both rice and oil are branded. A lot of details, it shows its intentions. Travel is better than eating well, staying well, sleeping well, playing well, it seems that you can get it all. Come again in winter. AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but weâre still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable ⊠their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that weâve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm itâs good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

GGuest UserI really like the decoration style of this B&B. It is simple, smart and stylish. The room is very clean and comfortable. I really like the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. You can see the beautiful mountain views. There is a dedicated parking lot just below the B&B. Many other B&Bs do not have dedicated parking spaces and can only park on the roadside. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spot, very close to Yunshang Grassland and Zhuye Lieping Base. The hostess of the B&B carefully recommended the Jingkong Grand Canyon, where you can swim along the river for free. The service staff in the store are very attentive and hospitable to guests. They also provided free fruit and breakfast during the stay. They also thoughtfully gave us souvenirs when we left. We must take our family to travel to Anji again if we have the opportunity. The food at Liang Ge Yuzhuang Restaurant recommended by the B&B is really delicious. You must go to eat here.

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.
Did I overpay? Yes
Was the service mediocre? Yes
Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes
Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes
Will the hotel improve? I hope so
Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes
Would I revisit? Yes
Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5â experience.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
