A great resort hotel but too busy/mass for us.
Quality of the food could be better. Also sometimes narrow paths at the buffet so people get in each other's way.
Pigeon droppings on the balcony (was cleaned every day), bathroom floor was not mopped, loud music at the pool.

We were satisfied with the accommodation, the choice of food was also quite satisfactory. the cleanliness of the room is also OK. What I was not at all satisfied with was the beach, across the road, with catastrophic access to the sea, where you have no chance of entering the water without shoes. In addition, the waves are so big that they throw you right to the bottom. I was very disappointed. The whole time there were very big waves, but no one was swimming in the sea.. disappointing.. we lay by the pool the whole time..

Honestly, I was hesitating to book after reading the reviews and I was afraid that I will not enjoy the vacation. So my expectation was low, but in the contrary we enjoyed our stay and we had a great experience. The staff were very much friendly. The food had good varieties. The animation team did very great job. The SPA treatment and service was excellent. I am not sure about all rooms, but the room we reserved was small, we were 4 sleeping 2 adults and 2 kids the room was really tight, but it not the end of the world as we didn't spend much time in the room. You could visit the A La Cart restaurants once for free during your stay but you have to reserve early to make sure you have a seat there. Things I liked from the staff and was of a big gesture: I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday celebration and it was on the House for free with a big smile from the staff. When we did the check-out, it was very early in the morning 3:00 am in the morning, the receptionist organized for us an early breakfast and coffee station at the dining room. And ordered the taxi for us. The Hotel is old yes it is, but everything works perfectly and being old does not mean it is bad. Relatively speaking we didn't face difficulties finding a good spot and good sun beds at the pool. But you have to reserve as early as you could. The things were I like to see improvements: The kids playground: it is better to put shades over the playground, because playing with my younger kid during the day with the sun hitting our heads directly was a real pain. A small advice, the hotel takes a deposit of EUR 40 for each towel you take during your stay. I took 5 towels so this totaled to EUR 200 which is a good sum of amount, given that I wasn't taking much cash with me, so loosing EUR 200 out of the small cash I had wasn't the best thing. If you are a humble person who left his home to enjoy vacation and enjoy your stay, this Hotel is good for you.

Großartige Anlage mit eingeschränktem Beachfeeling
Die Anlage insgesamt toll, allerdings strandmäßig nicht gerade das Beste- sehr eng und steinig. In der Umgebung bei anderen Hotels besser. Allinclusive sehr gut.
Die Pools super, leider nur 18 Grad.
Family Zimmer mit toller Aussicht- leider fehlt dort ein Schreibtisch.

The hotel is very clean and has friendly staff. The building is dated with basic rooms (though the beds/pillows were really comfy). The small beach was pretty, but you could not get into the sea, due to the rocks. The pool/outside area was nice, with comfortable sun beds, but the water was freezing and there was no lifeguard/pool staff at all. Sadly, the food at the buffet restaurant was quite poor and some of the warm plates didn't work, so some food was cold. Also, the drinks were awful. Watered down fizzy drinks and depending on which dispenser you obtained your water from, it really varied in taste, to the point that some wasn't drinkable. The separate restaurant had a much better standard quality of food, which you were able to book 3 times within the week and alternated between Greek, Italian and Adian. The kids loved the creperie by the pool. The entertainment was variable and mostly enjoyable but the room itself is not set up is disjointed and they would leave thd lights on whilst shows were going on.
