Ponta Leste - Beautiful house on the coast of Angra in a closed condominium with beach.

weekend getaway! I have no words to describe the weekend we spent with our family at this beautiful property. we were a group of 14 people! fit everyone perfectly. I have to start by mentioning Fatima & Leia, and of course "Magrinho". This team, formed to serve guests, are very professional people. They are helpful, polite, and charismatic. The quality of service is spectacular. The cuisine is impeccable. Every day we spent there we were treated very well. We didn't miss anything; everything was delicious from this wonderful team. Congratulations!!! We already miss you guys. We hope to be able to return for another vacation. The only issue I can't help but mention is the same as in other reviews. The stairs are a bit much, be prepared for a workout. Not recommended for elderly people. It was very difficult for my 83-year-old father to go up and down!

Amazing property!!! We absolutely loved our time here! The house is amazing (with the 75 steps to get down to) & we loved having the dock & private beach nearby. We kayaked & snorkeled right there & saw all kinds of fish & many sea turtles!! Fatima & Antonio were a great help with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. The only thing that frustrated me was communication with Marco…He did not tell us I until the day before we arrived that there was an additional charge for the house keeper (Fatima). I feel like this is something that should be included in the property information or communicated early on so we can plan accordingly.

hermosa casa pero con algunos problemas No fue lo que esperaba, son 3 casas que comparten muelle, por lo tanto si están ocupadas es un problema, nuestros vecinos apenas llegamos nos hicieron pasar un día pésimo, la música estaba muy alta y hacían karaoke y era muy molesto, consulte a José porque el anuncio decía que no estaban permitidas las fiestas pero no hizo nada al respecto, solo me dijo que si seguían después de las 22 hrs les iba a decir que no se podía poner música, pero pasamos desde las 15 hasta las 22 con un ruido insoportable. El anuncio dice que hay 2 piletas pero solo hay 1. La limpieza en el entorno no es buena, había botellas y suciedad en algunos sectores. Y en la cocina y en el quincho también había cosas un poco sucias. El acceso a la casa es bastante complicado, las escaleras son eternas y bajar y subir las maletas y las bolsas del super ha sido bastante molesto. El día que llegamos no funcionaba el inodoro de la habitación principal, pero al otro día lo soluciono José. Eso por comentar lo malo. El segundo día se fueron los vecinos, y disfrutamos mucho... el muelle, los kayaks, las vistas, es todo muy lindo....La casa es grande y cómoda, y las vistas son increíbles. José fue muy servicial, nos traía pan a la mañana y nos consiguió una lancha que nos busco por el muelle para hacer un recorrido por las islas. Así que considero que deberían informar las cuestiones que mencione arriba (1 pileta, muelle compartido con 2 casas) y cuidar un poco la limpieza en el entorno y la casa es recomendable.
