Nous étions déjà venus trois fois au restaurant (pour le feu d'artifice d'Angles sur l'Anglin) et avions déjà été très satisfaits. Pour cette quatrième visite, nous avons décidé d'y passer la nuit. Comme toujours, l'accueil et le repas étaient très bien. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la Suite Double où nous avons passé une excellente nuit : spacieuse, très propre avec un grand lit très confortable. Quant au petit déjeuner, il proposait suffisamment de choix avec des produits de qualité (mention spéciale à la confiture de banane maison). Une fois de plus, nous avons passé un très agréable moment, nous recommandons fortement Le Relais du Lyon d'Or.

Moment agréable. Un service au petit soin et prévenant ( malgré un visage fermé du patron, il répond présent). Une cuisine simple mais efficace, pareil pour le petit déjeuner. Chambre vraiment sympathique et TRÈS propre. (Seul bémol, les meubles bancale, car tomettes au sol). Agréable hôtel et service dans un petit village qui l'ai autant.

Situé au cœur du joli village d Angles, le restaurant offre un joli cadre mais des améliorations sont à apporter notamment à la cuisine vu les prix demandés: l accueil se fait dans une belle cour gravillonnée, le diner est servi dehors avec une belle table et une nappe en tissu, c’est bien agréable! A la lecture de la carte, nous avons été déçus car l unique menu est à 35€ avec aucun choix possible… dommage! l entrée est franchement très décevante avec une tomate mozzarella banale pompeusement appelée millefeuille.. le plat est bien meilleur (du lapin bien cuit et savoureux) et le dessert (pannacotta) est bon également. A la carte, des prix trop élevés pour ce qui est servi : tapas peu généreuse à partager a 17 €! En plat, du boudin antillais et des minis saucisses servis avec une garniture bonne mais peu originale. (écrasé de pommes de terre) Bref, une carte plus généreuse serait appréciée dans ce très joli cadre qu offre le Relais. un total de 200€ pour 4 personnes avec 1 menu, des entrées, plats et desserts à la carte et 2 verres de vin. Le service est efficace mais réalisé sans plaisir manifeste. peut-être est-ce dû à la saison touristique..

Mooie locatie in het centrum van dit prachtige dorp, de kamer is zeker OK en netjes. Het diner was verzorgd en lekker in het zeer mooie authentieke restaurant. Ontbijt was eenvoudig maar met heerlijke koffie.

A totally delicious meal and great wine list, but more importantly for us - we found somewhere that both understands and caters for Coeliac disease - not easy in France! Lyon D’Or did it fantastically - it’s was not only delicious but also totally free from gluten or any cross contamination. Many places don’t understand the complexities of needing separate preparation areas or just take things off of the plate and expect you to pay the same amount and be grateful you’re eating. Here, they made him a ‘meal in the style of’ so whatever he wanted from the menu was reimagined in a coeliac friendly way - kudos to the chef!! I think it was the first time he truly felt relaxed in a restaurant for our entire holiday - so - thank you all so much!!

A lovely quiet hotel with interesting historical featured in a beautiful village. The food was great with plenty of choice for a multiple night stay. Rooms were clean and comfy with a beautiful views of the old town. We will definitely come back as it is a perfect distance from St Malo and an overnight crossing.
