Prime City Resort Hotel

To be honest,nothing really special about this hotel. The rooms are clean, but no curtain or something in bathroom while taking shower, so bathroom floor always wet. Staff was friendly. They have a refreshing swimmingpool, but you can't sunbath, since the pool is surrounded by the hotel walls. That was the most pity point for me.

Lovely place to stay. Good clean larger room , staff excellent and very courteous and professional. Room service excellent although a little more english understanding would be preferable. Doorman and security at night extremely helpful and can get transportation upon request

Modern, clean, not noisy, good in house restaurant, pool great room clean, not worn out bedding. Hot water good bed mattress . Friendly staff, you had to leave a 1400 peso deposit which I got back Great AC

We checked in for 4 days and 3 nights. I have been looking for an affordable yet comfortable hotel for our vacation in Pampanga. I've read a lot of good reviews about this hotel and that what's makes me decide to book this one. Facilities and room were good. It was very comfortable, clean and beautiful. We tried ordering food on their restaurant and it was very delicious. Very worth it. The staff were very accommodating as well. They were all smiles, greeted us energetically and every one is very helpful and nice. They even granted our request to transfer room since we couldn't connect on their wifi since the signal is weak. It was an excellent choice for a vacation though I think there are some rooms were wifi signal is weak and the only issue we had is the sound it makes whenever we move but those are tolerable issues. Overall it was a very pleasant experience
