The place in location is pretty nice. It's like a 2 minute walk. From walking street.. They have a pool that's open until 10 PM. And a restaurant located inside the lobby. However, twice. Now i've had a pick up with booking through trip dot.com. This is okay however the staff Has blame this on the customer twice in my opinion. It's not the customer's issue. If the booking agent and the hotel have issues, they need to service the customer and not leave them hanging. I'm torn on this review. Because I really enjoy the location and the rooms. They're actually pretty clean and the pool is actually really nice. However, the constant issue with blaming the customer for issues that aren't our issues? We are here for vacation or to have a good time, not be hassled with booking Issues that isn't our fault. The staff seemed little scared to adjust and make changes on their own.I heard the owner is german and they're very strict about things of that nature.
