Probably the best hotel in Switzerland. The design, service, rooms, and spa – all exceptional. The entire experience is truly refined and memorable. The spa area is simply world-class. Everything was exceptional – truly a superior experience in every detail. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We will gladly return.

This hotel is incredible, the rooms are stunning, staff takes care of every need. The view from our room was gorgeous. We ate dinner in the bar area, food was good, drinks were awesome. Breakfast had so many choices. I would give this place 10 stars if I could

The Chedi is spectacular and beautiful from every angle. We loved the service, the breakfast, and the design. The spa is also a particular highlight. As a Leaders Club Aurelian I look forward to my next stay!

The Chedi Andermatt offers an impeccable luxury experience. The service is exceptional, with attentive and professional staff who anticipate every need. My suites was breathtaking, with a fireplace, which create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The spa is also an oasis of beauty and relax! The true highlight is the Food & Beverage department, which offers unforgettable culinary experiences, the Cheese room was my favourite one!A special thanks to Salvatore, the Restaurant Manager, for his exceptional professionalism and warm welcome, which make our stay a true pleasure. A stay at The Chedi Andermatt is an immersive experience of pure and alpine luxury.
