Rental includes top two floors of house. Rental space has its own entrance, parking space, and three balconies. Master suite contains king bed, private bathroom and tub, balcony. Second bedroom has two twin beds, and third bedroom has twin bunk beds. Plenty of space for six people, including full kitchen with range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and open dining room and living room. BBQ grill on the big balcony. (Guests can fill propane tank at Mercantile just minutes away or at gas station; propane is not included.) A long-term tenant occupies the ground floor apartment and uses the parking space on the left as you pull up to the house.
