Ulasan Hotel San Michele

The hotel was just opening up for the new season (hence we knocked off a few points- the swimming pool and restaurant were just being done up ready in a couple of weeks ) and is easily accessible either by taxis or local bus, or walkable to the marina- lots of steps though! The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and were extremely kind to drop us off at the Marina Grande to catch our ferry. Our room had an amazing view- superb value for money; just for that view!! Breakfast was simple but an extensive buffet.

Beautiful place. Nice pool. Close to shops, restaurants and supermarket, and especially to the Villa San Michele.

The swimming pool is superb and the view is gorgeous.

At first they booked the wrong room for us, but they apologized very sincerely and prepared a free lunch for us. The overall service of the hotel is very good, but the facilities are a bit old. The scenery outside the hotel is nice.

This hotel is really old and the exterior yard and pool are acceptable. I ordered a meal at the pool restaurant. It was very delayed from receiving the order to paying, and it was very confusing. The waiter seemed to be confused which one was which. In the final checkout process, I waited for 15 minutes for a piece of 50 change. The three uncles at the front desk may be very old, and the room acquisition process is very slow. It takes a long time for a family to acquire a room. When I entered the room, I charged 900RMB for one night, which is almost equal to 🟰without stars in China. What’s more, the safe has only one hole and cannot be used at all. It's horrible 😱 I directly asked to move the hotel. Choose carefully!
