A little far from the city center train station, there is a supermarket at the door, things are quite cheap. The suite is quite big, but the design is a bit odd, the bathroom is open, and it is not convenient to use both sides when closing. There are 26 roads in the surrounding traffic, which is convenient to the train station. The hotel is generally hygienic and there are spiders on the lights.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is close to the train station and only one stop away from the central station in the city center. It has a unique old building with a sense of design. The rooms on the ground floor are the largest and get smaller as you go upstairs. The top floor is a spire loft, and Pillar. The dark-skinned young waitress at the front desk had a very bad attitude. Because I had stayed there many times, I specifically made a note when booking that I didn’t want a room on the top floor because I was tall and had a lot of big luggage, but she gave me one when I checked in. The room on the top floor is not accessible by elevator. You have to take the elevator to the third floor and then walk down the steep wooden stairs with two large suitcases. I asked to change rooms. I made a note of my request when booking. She said You can't change, and the requirements in the remarks may not be met. I said that I can wait until other rooms are cleaned before I change. She insisted that I can't change, you can only stay in this room, and her attitude was very rude. I was in a hurry to go out, so I had to put down my luggage and go out to do errands. After I came back, I went to the front desk to complain to the manager, saying that I was treated rudely and with hidden racial discrimination, which I found unacceptable. The tall male manager immediately apologized and moved us to a room on a lower floor. The other staff at the hotel are very friendly, especially the middle-aged female manager at the front desk and the tall general manager.

Hotel is not a 5 star hotel stay at a hostel for the same standard - the rooms are small and air conditioning very noisy- moved to another room smelt very damp - sound proofing could hear room next door going to toilet and room above moving around most of the night - sauna and steam room - steam room was out of order - needs very uncomfortable I have bad back therefore prefer a softer bed - would not recommend to stay here there are lots of more beautiful hotels for less money - I will stay at one of those next time

The hotel is in a great location. The stairs are a bit narrow, but the elevator is spacious. The room is not big, but it is very clean! Especially when you open the window, the view is so beautiful! At this moment, the hotel's minor flaws are not worth mentioning! Very nice!

The hotel was extremely well located, easy access to many attractions and places of interest. Well serviced with bars and restaurants around the adjoining square. The hotel was clean and comfortable with it's own bar and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All of these factors made this hotel good value for money. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Hotel was not that great, parking is fine, the balcony is not great, don't expect too much from everything and the prices of the rooms should be lower 115 euros for the room, I thought it was too much when you see how it looks because if you pictures on the site, my bathroom at home is bigger than those rooms

Super duper close to Amsterdam Centraal station and there are buses and trams nearby. Just a 10-15 min walk to the Red Light districts and de Bijenkorf shopping mall. We said we didn't want end rooms but got arranged to one when we checked in... The view was nice with a balcony (but it's locked so you can't go outside) but my partner did not feel comfortable with end rooms. Eventually we called down to the front desk for a room and they changed us to a room nearer to the lifts. One thing I really liked about the hotel is that they use WhatsApp for requesting for amenities and checking out. It's convenient and simple to use but somehow... The housekeeping keeps on getting 1 or 2 items wrong lol Oh and please note that they don't provide bottled water, the whole city is proud of their tap water and the receptionist said it's safe to drink. If tap water isn't to your liking, there are quite a few stores nearby to buy mineral water. I would recommend going to Albert Heijn or Dirk for those. Slippers are provided in this hotel.

A great room, great location, great staff. I can’t say anything else! A free minibar of cola. water and juice. A great addition. The room was nice and cool to my liking. The bed was soft and the pillows were perfect. The WiFi worked well. The curtains kept out the light so I could sleep late and the elevator only worked with a card to keep out intruders. Perfect stay! Even helped arrange a cheaper travel to the airport

If you get a GVB unlimited ride (metro, bus, tram, ferry) ticket, a bus will come every 5 minutes from the bus stop, which is a 2-minute walk away. 1 stop, door to door, and you will arrive in about 20 minutes. There is also convenient access to Schiphol Airport via South Station. Transportation convenience is very good. If you walk for about 15 minutes on a comfortable walking path to North Station, you will find a spacious square with a basketball court, the municipal government building, a supermarket and a food court (with Asian cuisine), so I didn't have any trouble eating. The police are right in front of the hotel, so there is no doubt that the town is safe and secure. I didn't see anyone who looked like a vagrant. However, I made a reservation based on advance information that there was a laundry room, but there was no laundry room. I think you mean laundry service. The lighting in the room is dim and not suitable for desk work. wifi is slow too.
