Got a fire alarm in the middle of the night which seriously affected the rest, the hotel did nothing but just an apology letter, staffs are generally not proactive and not so friendly.

接待熱情服務周到，辦理入住會讓你先入坐。給你準備飲品和零食然後慢慢辦理。早餐豐富，不知道是翻譯的原因還是啥原因，攜程中文所寫的地下室不是地下室反倒是頂樓。不過阿姆斯特丹自駕停車費是真的炸裂。

非常用心的boutique酒店，地理位略偏，離中心2KM，房間也比較侷促，但非常乾淨、安靜且美麗，細節都是驚喜。早餐太愛了，顏值和味道都在線（除了french toast）健身房任何時間去都是乾淨整潔，還要每天泡的水果水和cookie…離開酒店後還收到郵件lost & found👍

Superb hotel with gracious staff and excellent meals. Close to walking park with wide trails and Bistros nearby. Best concierge with access to ticks for Anne Frank and museums. Booked best canal tour with 8 people and enjoyed this the most. All he best staff ever.
