Everything was up and up. The room was speckless, and the breakfast was rich in choice and delicious. Both the hotel and restaurant staff were extremely courteous and professional. I was also able to deposit my bag before the room was ready. The only complaint I have was the shower water temperature: it was too hot no matter how I adjusted it.

The service was great. We stayed in many places in Amsterdam and this was by far my best experience with costumer service. Location was unbeatable. Perfect it was great.

The whole experience was great. Very comfortable room and breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough really.

First time in Amsterdam and the location and hotel were very good. We had one incident where the kitchen were unable to provide cooked breakfast, but otherwise no issues. Staff were very polite and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very kind staff, always ready to help out. The style of the hotel is quite extraordinary and cosy in comparison to the boring minimalistic chain hotels, it’s one of a kind. Food and drinks were great. Had some lovely talks with the staff as well. Location is great, walking distance for all things I wanted to visit. Just sad that the free minibar had no zero soda. But see, I had to search very hard for a minor inconvenience 😅. Definitely going back!

Really enjoyed my stay at The Toren. It was walking distance from everything I wanted to see. The room was quiet and clean. I checked in early (around 11:30-12p) and they had my room ready to go, which was really nice after a very long travel day. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was something I looked forward to every day - the room is charming and it was a quiet and calm place to prepare for my day of sightseeing. When I was looking at hotels they were a little pricier than I wanted to spend, but I'm glad I chose them.

Loved the location being next to a canal and its proximity to excellent restaurants and cafés. The staff were also very kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in the Toren. The room was smaller than expected but was more than adequate. Comfortable bed, great tub. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We will return!
